West Herr is right around the corner from my house so I've been coming here for those and oil changes. I want to say service continues to be top notch! I couldn't imagine myself going anywhere else for service! Today in particular, the service area opened at 7:30am and they had me come in at 7:50 (as soon as we spoke!). A shuttle just happened to pull up as I dropped off my car and i immediately got a ride home from a very nice man. My car was done 2 hours later (found leak and patched it and also gave me an oil change). The shuttle came to get me right away! I want to say my service advisor Jessica was awesome and I'd love to work with her any-day. And that goes for everyone I came in contact with. Repairs are so much less stressful with service like this and I'm so glad I started working with a dealership for my repair and service needs ... 180 degree difference from going to a shop and in the best way.

(shift change, lift didn't work, vacation) I arranged my schedule to be able to take my truck to them , they made the appointments ,but each time there was a problem. they were extremely rude ,and they showed no remorse , they didn't apologize , they simply didn't care . i have purchased many trucks and cars from west Herr in the past , but that is the end of that . I wasted 3 days to be able to take my truck there , with no results . my advice is to stay away from this dealer . extremely disappointed.

My review is in regards to the service department, and especially Gary!!…read more I bought my vehicle at another dealership and although I loved my car-buying experience, I was extremely disappointed with my interaction with the body shop and service center. So much so I will never go there again unless it's something only covered under some of their extra warranties I purchased. One of the reasons for my disappointment, which was driving me insane, is that they provided NO explanation as to why one of my car features was not working according to what my owner's manual stated it should do. When I picked my car, I looked the woman dead in the eye and said "it says it right in the owner's manual!" And she just looked at me like "yea I don't care please leave". And no, I was not rude, I just wanted someone to listen to me and explain why it wasn't functioning. I tried calling 2 other dealerships and they did not answer the phone. Finally, this dealership took my call. They transferred me to service immediately, and then transferred me to Gary who was best equipped to answer my question. Gary took all of the time necessary to research why my car wasn't doing what the manual said it should do. He was patient and just as curious as I was! He figured it out at after looking up my VIN number and checking the code on the part. He explained it to me and even sent me an email so I could see for myself. Super nice, super professional, and plain old good at what he does. If this location wasn't 30 minutes away from me I would 100 percent come here for every single vehicle need based on this experience. These are my kind of people! And quite frankly, if I have another shotty body shop / service experience elsewhere .. I might just make the trip so I can go somewhere that gives me confidence! Thanks a million, Gary!! I showed up for my appointment on time and it took 3 employees and 10 minutes to find someone to help me and the other woman waiting with me for an appointment (the manager who set up the appointment with me was nowhere to be found despite confirming the appointment with me twice that day). It seemed like complete chaos. No one was to be found to help us despite several employees walking past us and multiple asking if we'd been helped, seeminglt gling to look for someone to help us. And then nothing happening. This happened 3 times before we finally had someone to help us. Luckily Brooks was fantastic in helping me out - he's the only reason this location receives any stars quite frankly. He was very professional and helpful in letting me test drive and helping me get a great deal.

I was advised it would be resolved. It wouldnt be noticeable. All that was done was liquid squirted into the nick, and it still looks like a damaged windshield. I have been a customer of Heinrich for over twenty-five years and have purchased many vehicles. I have referred many customers. I have given them many glowing reviews. They feel as long as the nick isnt on the driver's side it isnt an issue. I feel if I spend over 25K on a vehicle, I should get a vehicle without a damaged windshield. It's a small spot but the way management handled shows no loyalty to long term customers. I will continue to use their service department but this will the last vehicle I will purchase from them. Buyer beware. It's a sad truth.

While my car was being worked on, I waited in their customer lounge, which was very comfortable and well-equipped with free WiFi and plenty of charging outlets, which allowed me to get some work done on my laptop. Also has a coffee machine, and a water dispenser etc. They also sent me a streaming link so I could actually watch my car being serviced in real time. I was told the repair would take a couple of hours and that I'd be contacted when it was complete. I later received a call pushing the timeline back even further. However, when I returned two hours before that updated estimate, my car was already finished and sitting in the lot. Staff had no explanation and only confirmed after checking with staff that it had been done for quite some time without anyone notifying me. To make matters more confusing, there was also internal miscommunication about the repair itself. At one point, someone questioned who had approved a new tire as if it were a "custom part," which only added to the lack of clarity and confidence in their process. More recently, I brought my car in due to concerning brake noises. I was initially told there was no availability for two weeks. After explaining that I rely on my car for work and didn't feel safe driving it, they suddenly found space earlier. I was told I would receive an update around 5 PM after dropping it off at 11am. Once again, I never heard from anyone and had to call myself. I then had to rush to pick up a loaner vehicle, only to be told that my car hadn't even been looked at because they chose to prioritize a larger project. Had I not followed up, I would have had no way to get to work the next day. I am now left driving a loaner with no clear timeline for when my vehicle will even be inspected. Consistent lack of communication, poor organization, and disregard for customers' time make this an unreliable place for service. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Update: They didn't fix what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed another aspect of my car. The noise I raised concern for came back TWO hours after picking up my vehicle. Before i picked up my car I had to call them to question when was the estimate time i'd receive my car back. When I brought it back I was asked to take it on a test drive with the tech where he proceeded to say yea I wasn't able to replicate that noise but it's really concerning... I have time to look at it today. (this was a Friday). Come Tuesday i haven't heard anything from them and decided to call ONCE AGAIN for any update on my car and the girl proceeded to tell me parts were ordered. I questioned why I have to continue to call them for updates on my car and what was the reason I was unaware my car needed certain parts or what repair is being made. She had no answer other than my advisor should have called and she's not in on Monday's. You have had my car since Friday it is 4 days later, and I am still in the dark about what is wrong with my car and what they are fixing. But don't worry parts are ordered...
