The staff at the front desk was so helpful in getting me registered. So far, I've enjoyed the classes. The instructors are great. Some, especially Zumba, are very well attended. I haven't used the swimming pool yet though it looks inviting. I have used the track upstairs. There's a runners' etiquette policy posted to the wall which unfortunately some members and employees don't adhere to.. They're advised to walk or run in single file. Sometimes, they come with friends and walk side-by-side. It's annoying to have to dodge them, but I manage to out run them. Overall, the facilities are nice and so are the people who use them.

He prepared our bodies for each pose adequately, and the music was meditative and relaxing. The perfect way to end a long weekend! Clean studio, easy parking, and friendly atmosphere. I can not wait to get back on the Matt here. I've taken Anna's class in Clifton park too and she is amazing as well! I think everyone needs yoga whether they like it or not.
