We talked about which tires I wanted and the person said they would get them ordered and everything was set for this morning (Friday, July 3). I needed the appointment to be today because it's the only day I had to get tires. When I got to the store, the person at the counter could not find any record of my appointment and the tires had not been ordered. My tires are an odd size and they are not kept in stock. To his credit, the attendant checked everything he could to find my appointment. The best he could offer was to have them on Monday. Were I off work, that would have been fine, but today was my free day. That's why I scheduled the appointment for today and that was the expectation. Now my time has been wasted and I still don't have tires. This store has been a problem for me on more than one occasion, but this was the last time I will give them an opportunity to disappoint. My money will go to a locally owned business from now on.
