Second, they did a top-notch job on the repairs, which included replacing brake pads and rotors. When an additional problem was found they communicated it well and explained what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost down to the penny. Third, they completed the repairs incredibly fast. They were able to get my car back on the road by close of business on Friday when I wasn't expecting it back until well after the weekend. I drove with no heat there and back with a child. I bought the next part and I checked when I got it home and wondered why it still wasn't working after paying nearly $800 for parts and labor, the whole mechanism was cracked and the part that I paid for wasn't even there!!! They offered to fix my heat once again but I had to pay more for a part. Now my power steering light is on, the only heat source I have it defrost. No air bag, no horn.
