As you can imagine we considered this a plumbing emergency! They originally called a well known, and advertised company. That company didn't even have the courtesy to call back. When my parents called the "other guys" a 2nd time, and explained what was going on, that company said they would come out in 9 days!!! Then their grandson recommended South Valley Plumbing. What a blessing they were! Kreg was courteous, compassionate, professional and prompt in responding to their plea for help. When he got into the wall, he found substandard work around the break site that he recommended replacing to prevent future problems. My parents agreed. And he had the repair work done in short order. He did a great job, at a reasonable price. Then he was able to recommend a good contractor to repair the wall. My parents were very happy, saying "he did a marvelous job".

We had Chapman Plumbing out afterward to flush our water heater and do some minor plumbing repairs. It was about a week before they had a plumber available, but he showed up in time and did a good job. Their pricing seemed a bit high for this service, but the work seems to have been done well. The two companies are under the same umbrella, so you just call one number to schedule.

No connection…read more We had a upstairs bathtub drain leak that had been going on for months, and finally exposed on the first floor wall. I called READY rooter by contractor referral. Since this was a small on-going leak, I expected them to schedule me like a Dentist or Doctor would...asking "we have an opening 3 months from now, how does that sound?" Instead it was... "we can come over this morning." Well, within an hour, this narly dude named Tyler who claims 20-some years of experience showed up, examined the situation, cut the hole in the ceiling, and fixed the leak. The leak was due to aging pipes. The best part is it took him less than an hour! He asked for payment on the spot and took Visa which is just fine with me. I'll definitely remember Ready Rooter & Chapman Plumbing again because this guy put other plumbers I have used over the years to shame.
