As you can imagine we considered this a plumbing emergency! They originally called a well known, and advertised company. That company didn't even have the courtesy to call back. When my parents called the "other guys" a 2nd time, and explained what was going on, that company said they would come out in 9 days!!! Then their grandson recommended South Valley Plumbing. What a blessing they were! Kreg was courteous, compassionate, professional and prompt in responding to their plea for help. When he got into the wall, he found substandard work around the break site that he recommended replacing to prevent future problems. My parents agreed. And he had the repair work done in short order. He did a great job, at a reasonable price. Then he was able to recommend a good contractor to repair the wall. My parents were very happy, saying "he did a marvelous job".

I discovered Eric through Google, saw his Eugene address, and found his Facebook page where he was sharing updates about the success of his new handyman service. His authenticity and local roots immediately stood out. We first called Eric because our front door had been sticking and sagging for months -- maybe a year. He explained that there was a 1 1/2-hour minimum charge and suggested we make a list of other small projects to fill that time. That "little list" grew quickly -- and by the end, Eric and his team had transformed our home far beyond what we imagined. Here's just part of what they accomplished: Permanently secured our garage garden tool organizer and built custom garage shelving that perfectly fulfilled and exceeded my original request. Fixed our heavy front door, which now opens and closes effortlessly. Replaced nine exterior LED lanterns, choosing new fixtures with integrated bulbs for long-term reliability. Replaced our sliding door screen and updated all shower and faucet fixtures in our master bathroom. Having kitchen and bathroom faucet drips, and stripped handles. Joe and Alex were able to replace the kitchen faucet, in my 102 yr. old house, with one they had. It is a great new faucet. Our appt was for noon, he called me approx 230 said he was wet had to change clothes and grab a bite to eat and he would be here for my plumbing needs. And this was on a Saturday!! Jeff was here by 315 ready to work And work he did until after dark. When he finished I didn't have a big mess to clean up after him. And believe me I have had with some repair professionals. ,(I didn't consider them professionals However I use used word professional for JD Graham plumbing If you remember I stated it was on a Saturday.
