Arrived with a group of friends late around 3am to check it out and it turned out to be one of the best gaming bars I've ever been too. To start off with the less good elements the game quality isn't too good it is yet another gaming bar with only 97% return games and it goes well below that with some of them, I saw the worst bonus poker variant nevertheless they have a progressive which makes the games a little better. The players club is very generous part of the Jett gaming run players clubs you get $20 free play as a welcome offer and various free play opportunities along with the regular points system which is nice. As for the food and drink it was very good there is a wide selection of beverages many of which I have not seen in other bars and the kitchen is open 24/7. The menu has a lot of options and almost everything on the menu is 50% off for the graveyard special that alone puts it well ahead of most of its competitors but the food is also really good I got the meatballs marinara and had the cheesecake for dessert both were delicious. I only ended up with a bill of $12 for all of that which is very good. The service was great the bartender was attentive and helpful. Service was spot on. Bad: The tomato slices on Wagyu Sliders were peach color, not red, and lettuce was wilted. Good: The Italian food was great. Bad: Tables around the bar area rock back and forth, so hold on to your drinks. Bad: Bar area was smoking so we smelled like smoke when we left. This place has the BEST Happy Hour of any bar we have been too. They have a long list to choose from and it's all BOGO free!! I can't say all their food is great, because we can't get past the chicken fingers and fish and chips. They are delicious!!!!! The fish batter is crispy and flavorful. The fingers are always cooked perfectly and the chicken is juicy. Beware though, I order mild and it's almost too hot. The fries are awesome. First time here, and we sat out on the patio as recommended by Big Trip. We were the only ones out there and it was pretty late, but the service was still exceptional and they made it a point to always check on us out there. I got the chicken strips with a side of french fries and both were absolutely amazing. They also gave us a pitcher of Shirley Temple which was so amazing. Stopped here for breakfast after getting off night shift the other day, and I have to say the food was lacking. For what I paid, I wasn't expecting top tier food but this was more on par with Dennys or IHOP in the inner city. I had ordered the steak and eggs, medium rare. The steak come out more medium to medium well, absolutely no pink and as tender as shoe leather, the eggs came out perfect, but the coffee was burnt...how do you burn coffee I'm not sure. My husband and I love to find bars close to home with good food & good service. Unfortunately we had an amazing first experience only to have the last two visits be severely lack luster... the service was just... SAD. Day shift - don't bother, the calamari was pretty much raw, the service was lack luster and they never have Stella on any shift. They always have Modelo though, which does the job. We tried to go watch the game yesterday, only to be stared at by patrons, the bartender and completely ignored by the "waitress". I even went as far as to walk to the window where she was picking up food to serve to one of her 5 tables. She ignored me until I just stood and stared at her. Then she said "do you need something sweetie?" To which I responded "we're sitting on the couches and you watched us walk in... 25 mins ago, do we order from you or from the bartender?". She let me know "I'll be there when I can, you can order from whoever you want." I walked back to where my husband and I were sitting, let him know and we I agreed that the best course of action was to just leave. No one even greeted us. It was not busy to a point where anyone who entered should have been ignored. Apparently if we're not true regulars pumping the slot machines with money - our service needs aren't even something any of the employees are concerned about. We won't be back and we won't recommend the establishment to any friends. The food was amazing the first time... it's a shame your employees only treat their regulars with respect. The menu is extensive plenty of options to pick from breakfast, appetizers, family shared meals, happy hour, dinner, etc. Joe himself will occasionally be seen walking around and greeting EVERY guest- which really makes this place even more special. Excellent Eggs Benedict! Visited on a Thursday morning. Sat at the bar where Tina was bartending. I ordered Eggs Benedict, soft. Came out piping hot, eggs soft as ordered, with home fries and a wonderful hollandaise sauce. Tina was personable and gave great service. Joe's food is amazing and affordable with a large, diverse menu with something for every taste. Recipes are Joe's very own and executed by his long time talented chef. The clam chowder was good and tasted homemade, however, the larger chunks of potato were undercooked and there were really big pieces of parsley that were a bit offputting. First Time in this place, we were craving on calamari and this shows up :) we ordered calamari and fish chips, so good it didn't disappoint us! Service was fast too. And servers were friendly. The ambience is chill and kind of quiet because i believe the gaming part is in a separate room so it's nice, not loud and doesn't smell smoke. The only off smell was when you enter the place, it's smells like an old furniture or a cloth that was wet and wasn't dried. I don't know how to describe it. So glad to find this place. Now I will be honest, some of the prices are a bit much for the portion, but the taste and heat is on point. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. I love the fact they separated the bar with a closed door as when it is open the smoke does tend to pour out. Now I do have to say the desert portions and burgers are bigger than I expected. Our food came out at the same time and hot! The drinks were brought at the same time and never had to worry about being without. We will be back as we want to try the breakfast.
