Ok So Me And My family has been using State Farm as our trusted insurance Agency for as long as I remember, this office handled my first car, My parents house and cars, grandparents house and cars, and my aunts and Uncles as well as countless other people we know in the community so logically when I Purchased my first house where would I go to get homeowners, but to Joels office and State Farm. I say all this to Prove I am not some random complaining about the office. I am on my second time filing a Claim with state farm first time was in 2018 when we had those monster rains I had my sump pump die and lost a furnace and a water heater as well as had some water damage, I was promptly told that because I did not Purchase "drainage insurance" I would not be covered. Ok shame on me for not knowing talked to the reps in the office had them switch everything up to where no matter what happens I'm covered so I never have to deal with it again. Fast forward to recently dealing with some storm And hail damage. My Father recommends having someone come out to take a look at the roof the contractor shows up says there is definitely storm damage and recommends that I call and file a claim . The adjuster comes out to meet with me and my contractor and I watch this lady never even acknowledge the damage the contractor is pointing out blatantly ignores damage to the sky lights, tins,siding and shingles ( I have Photos for proof, I even have hail from the storm) accepts that the storm caused damage to the inside due to the roof now leaking but low and behold once again I Am Not Going to be approved yet again. It smells of a scam they take your money and then your stuck with the costs when something actually happens I watched this girl walk right on by and ignore the proof because she didn't want to have to document it and from what the contractor says this is standard for state farm. Apparently the place to go nowadays is farmers. But to avoid state and allstate. I'm so dissapointed and angry years I have trusted this place and now it looks like if I want something done I'll be forced to get a lawyer involved or just once again cover a Thousands of damage myself. Update 10/14/21: it has now been over a month and I am still waiting on hearing on whether another adjuster is going to come out. They classified the storm a disaster but still haven't approved the damage. I have been working with Anthony to get things settled But it always takes 2-3 calls before he will call me back with a update it is frustrating to say the least. will continue to update. Its almost like they are holding out for me to sell my house so they don't have to cover the damage. read more

We've been long-time State Farm customers. Our local agency switched a couple of times over the last 30 years due to death of agents. Fiorelli office has been generally OK, but as we've learned that there's actually little they can do in the event of a claim or anything related to the State Farm corporate organization. Recent claim experience was probably the worst customer service experience I've add with any service industry. Horrible. The Fiorelli office did "check-in" periodically but any time I raised an issue or asked a question, basically got referred to an 800 number at the State Farm mother ship. read more

I switched to Joel's office after several years with around agent. The other agent told me in no uncertain terms that State Farm would not do as I requested. I've been a customer of State Farm for over 40 years and thought "come on, are you kidding me, they won't rate my two cars with the never had a accident rating?" We'll, I switched agents and talked to Linda at Joel's office. Within a couple of weeks I had. Refund check. Another example his office caught the fact one policy did not have a discount to which I was entitled. They took care of that. Abbey saved me hundreds on our homeowners, handled a loss so we had a check within a week. This office is top notch! I've had five agents in my time with State Farm and there's no contest that Joel Fiorelli's is by far the best out there!!! read more

My family has been a State Farm customer for decades. We've moved several times and have always had very good experiences with State Farm agencies. The Joel Fiorelli agency is one of the best. Their agents are very proactive and keep us from making mistakes that could cost us coverage or more money. They help us stay on top of paperwork for business insurance, home, auto and life. They even called me when my boys report card info got lost in the mail and we were at risk of losing the good student discounts. We also had a car accident a few years ago and they took care of everything. My mother was in the hospital at the same time and not having to worry about car repairs or claims was fantastic. We know we could shop around for lower rates but I don't think we would ever find the level of service and confidence we have in this agency. We highly recommend them! read more

My wife has been a long time customer and we just added homeowners insurance and I just recently switched my auto insurance over from Allstate. I have to say that on my end this has been nothing short of a terrible experience and I am honestly thinking about switching back to Allstate even though it's more expensive. First off the contacts at Joel E Fiorelli's agency are so slow in responding to emails if they even do respond at all, we set up the homeowners insurance for our new house before I switched my auto insurance over and when the guy loaded it in the system he put our old address that we rented at even though we weren't living there anymore and he had our new house address staring him right in his face. It took me 3 emails over a months' time to finally get the address changed for my auto. And now I have noticed that when I log in my account there is no bill available for me to pay yet when my wife logs into her account it shows a bill due for my auto insurance, so if she didn't check under my Auto policy my insurance would lapse and I would never know since I have ebilling set up! Please fix your issues and improve your customer service or I am going to take all my accounts back over to Allstate and pay more just for their superior customer service!! read more

Fantastic local insurance agency! We have had our policies with them for several years and have always been very pleased. We met with Anthony Fiorelli recently to make some changes. He is top notch with customer service! My husband and I are both extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor.
