As a true client of Aruthr Ave.I must truly recommend Ann. They make custom sandwiches and after two or three times, they already know you. The boss and his wife are spectaluar, please see pics below for samples of what we ordered... ITS Amazing!

Even the egg wants nothing to do with this sandwich!

The sandwiches here are a hit or miss. I would avoid any chicken cutlet you order from here, they never serve it freshly fried, they prepare it all one day and than serve it days later after microwaving it! The breakfast and lunch sandwiches are usually on point but that's only if you DONT order it from the old lady working behind the counter. Most places layer the contents of a sandwich in a nice and neat manor, some say it's an art. This woman doesn't feel the same way. She would prefer to wrap the egg meat and cheese like a snowball, surround it in foil, sit on it, and than expect you to pay six dollars for a bunch of food that is now more of a stew or an omelette than an actual sandwich. God forbid you order anything but an egg sandwich from her in the morning or else she'll complain that she has to destroy a lunch sandwich to early in the day. All in all if you're in a gambling mood than Ann Claire's is the spot for you. But if you want a real chicken cutlet, go to G&R

So glad they're open during this time. Came for a breakfast sandwich (on a roll bacon egg and cheese with ketchup), very delicious and so satisfying! Apparently they're well known to do catering and saw a customer leaving with a 6 feet sub and it looked delicious too.

Been going to Ann Clair's since I was a little kid. My go to was always chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers and Mayo on a roll. Can't go wrong with anything chicken cutlet! Good breakfast sandwiches, good wraps, good coffee! An all around good spot and good deli. Most recently I was on a prosciutto kick... good quality meat. We've ordered large hero's from Ann Clair's for party's, delicious! Nicely packed sandwhich, left me satisfied everytime! Check it out!

I came here because a friend had recommended their supposedly amazing sandwiches. It also had good reviews. Well, this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered the a pastrami with egg and cheese on a roll sandwich which was $8.95, quite overpriced if you ask me especially considering the quality. There was one layer of pastrami and you could barely taste it. The sandwich was mediocre at best. I also ordered mozzarella Sticks that also were overpriced at $8.95, especially since they were hard and only had 5 pieces. What made it worse is that both prices were $1 more than what they have listed on their website. I also bought a bag of regular sugar, which was almost $6 (didn't check the price first because I figured it probably wasn't more than $3). They also charge 3.5% extra if you use a credit card. I used cash this time though. Maybe other people have better luck, but I wouldn't come back here nor could I recommend this place.

Omg meatballs. I have never try their meatballs and meatloaf but my pregnant wife insisted. I am glad we ordered them, one of the best meatballs and meatloaf I ever had. Really took me back into my childhood with one bite like Ratatouille.

If you find yourself hungry in Morris Park, Ann Claire is the way to go. Everything is made to order, lots of items are store made. My go-to here is the Pastrami sandwich. Great deli.

My coworkers always order from here so I decided to hop on the bandwagon and see if this place really lives up to the hype. And it did! I got the Godmother hero sandwich and found it to be absolutely mouthwatering and delicious. The ham, salami and cheese combo is salty but is well balanced by the bread. The bread with sesame seeds was delectable! I usually abhor eating eggplants but the slice of eggplant in this sandwich was actually not bad. The star ingredient has to be the roasted peppers!! So plump and juicy and made an already tasty sandwich even tastier! The prices here are very reasonable. I believe the Godmother hero was ~$7 and it definitely left me completely satiated. Great lunch option for employees working in the hospital district of the Bronx! My only gripe is the anxiety that I experience after scarfing down an entire sandwich and then having to worry about how to cut back on calories the next few days lmao...Oh well, at least it's only a once in a while kinda thing!

Fresh mozzarella with prosciutto and I believe Sun dried tomato. Very good. I have been visiting Bronx Little Italy for a couple of times but always saw a long line that made me hesitant to go in. This time I came early around 8:30 Am. I was the third person in line. The store is super small especially at the ordering area. There's only small space for one person to stand so it's very difficult to exit while there are people behind you. I highly recommend coming here early before the crowd.

I don't think this sandwich was my favorite unfortunately. The bread had a funky smell(?) to it, and I feel like it fell a little flat on flavors and textures. Regardless, I am glad I tried and met the incredible team!
