My wife and I moved here in 2022 and made Joe's Pizza & Pasta our pizza go to restaurant. Oh and their Stromboli's are pretty amazing as well! We have visited New York and the street corner pizza there is our favorite. Joe's Pizza has the best New York style pizza in the area. The service is always great and we love how it's a family ran business. Yes, you might see a mom with her kiddo on her hip or one running around, but come on, that's what gives this place a small down home feel. The floor is laid with 1000's of pennies. Guess how many are there and then ask anyone to see how close you got, it's pretty cool! And the restaurant is always clean. It's right off the hwy and super convenient so give them a try and I can almost guarantee that you'll keep coming back. read more

Walked in a Friday night after New Year's and it was dead. Couldn't have felt less welcome when we arrived. Chairs turned upside down on most tables but yet they had the open sign on. Waiter was busy clearing a table after we walked in. He didn't even acknowledge us. I had to ask if we seated ourselves or if we were to wait. He then said oh come sit here because they didn't have a table big enough and proceeded to send us to table with chairs upside down. We helped turn the chairs down ourselves. Service never got better. Food was very mid. Sauces out of a can and food reheated. Pizza was ok. Crust was thin and crispy until the middle of the pizza. Would not waste your time stopping by. They don't seem to want your business, would rather be all cleaned up and ready to go home. read more

We usually eat at 575 Pizzaria when passing through Amarillo, but this time we were here on Sunday and they were closed so we decided to try this place. It was very meh. The crust is thin, but had that frozen pizza flavor. The pepperoni on mine was pretty bland, wouldn't be surprised if it was Hormel. My wife liked the veggies on hers fine, but agreed the crust was disappointing. We ordered a "personal" pizza and a small, supposedly 10 and 12 inches, respectively. Good location off of I 40 interstate. Very friendly staff and very patient too. A very large assorted menu. The pizza crust is thin but very good. The toppings piled on gives you A different flavor in each bite. I highly recommend a supreme pizza, in any size and the seafood stuffed mushrooms are definitely different but amazing The personal pan pizza is very large for a personal pan (6 large slices, it will feed two easily but why share). Very good atmosphere! The great attraction is the penny made floor, that has over $3500.00 worth of pennies on the floor, "you're literally walking on money!" Highly recommend this place for a family. The price are very reasonable. I was too full for desert but next time. I looked forward to returning, to try the entire menu. We saw this as we drove by on the freeway heading to Amarillo. We back tracked about 5 miles the next day & are very glad we did. Kirsten greated us & did a great job. My friend and I were exhausted and very hungry after a long day of traveling, but Joe's pulled us through. The service was incredible! Anita, our waitress, could tell we were tired and dreading the final leg of our journey so she provided us with coffee and a complimentary sweet treat.
