Once at my parents' house for a clogged bathtub (clog was found deeper underneath the house) Justin was very thorough. He searched all the plumbing connections including all the sinks in the house and even in the kitchen. He then suited up and crawled into the shallow crawl space under the house. Found the issue, resolved the matter, and all the awhile kept himself and the house clean! Then another trip was at my condo for a busted water heater. Kevin and Edwin went above and beyond. They made quick work of the situation. They even did some drywall work that was damaged from the leak. I happened to have some extra drywall at home, but they did all the work. He was able to convince my 71 year old mother who is alert and oriented, but now I know needs financial supervision. He was able to convince my mom that the houses main sewage line was problematic, and they had to use a "deescalate technology" to dig in and clear up the line. At this point the bill went from a simple 300 dollar toilet repair to 3000. I thought the bill ended there, and they were able to convince my mom to agree. Come the final day when the bill comes, this companies truck is blocking our drive way, when all the days they work I gave them a designated spot to park, to not block the driveway, but they insisted to keep blocking our cars in. The final bill comes and I see my mother's bills come to more than 10,000 dollars.... The heart breaking part is that my mother was so nice enough to even call one of their workers, that ripped her off, "her own son." What was the slap in the face is that even after they ran my mothers bill to 10,000, one of their co workers "ran a camera through the pipe line" and "our houses pipe line is not completely connected to the city's sewage line" so, "Once I send the video of your piping to the city, they are not not going to be happy." "the city might sue you 45,000 for damages to the city." but, "were willing to accommodate you for 9000 to fix the piping :)." Trying to convince my mother's bill to run up a 20,000 bill. Not that it matters, but these workers speak broken English, show up on their own time without coordination to mine and my mother's schedule, and have no sense of personal space while having a conversation, and also speak with pressured speech, and loud tone (to try to sound convincing). not that it matters but it does bare a statement, just so costumers know what they're in for. Fuck these guys. Also, they got my name completely wrong on the bill when I've even texted them my full name, and personally told them my full name, look at the photo. Loll
