Very reasonable pricing and excellent service! My teenage son accidentally released the toilet scrubber head into the toilet, and our Kohler bidet toilet auto-flushed as my son stepped away to get gloves. Our home warranty charged us $100 and then refused to do anything because our issue wasn't wear and tear! Plumbing Geeks to the rescue. Saturday morning I start making calls for my leaking kitchen faucet that was getting worse and worse by the minute. (And with broken angle stops too so I couldn't shut off the water without turning it off for the whole house.) Other plumbers said they could come Monday or Tuesday. Plumbing Geeks said they'd make sure to fit me in same day. Daniel came, was very nice, and did an excellent job putting in my new delta kitchen faucet. I really appreciate how honest he was. I was certain I needed new angle stops, but somehow in the stress of water leaking all over my counter I misdiagnosed them. He could've easily changed them out and charged me, but instead advised me they didn't actually need to be replaced, saving me a good chunk of money. All in all, good people, a good price, quick service. What more can you ask for? I was so happy with Daniel and his work I scheduled him to come back a few days later to do a less urgent plumbing job. Replacing the broken pressure release valve on my water heater. He ended up being unavailable, but another technician whose name escapes me at this moment came out and did the job. Again, good work, done quickly, and for a good price. I appreciated that he didn't charge me for a new PRV even though the plumbing supply store said it was not covered under warranty. He easily could've passed that cost to me. But when I told him Bradford White Co had told me previously it'd be covered, he said he'd call them himself and work out getting reimbursed without involving me. Very disappointed. He originally quoted me $202 with a 10% discount to replace one faucet and go to home depot to buy it. I then called to add one more. He quoted me $400. I said that adding $200 is too much considering that there is no drive to home depot again and house. He then brought it down to $360. I declined and said I can probably get it for less. 5 minutes later, I called back saying that I will go eith him but he changed his mind He said he won't honor the $360 anymore and that I'm difficult to work with lol. Hard to find good and honest company's nowadays. When my water heater stopped working I reached out to 3 different company's to come give me a quote and find the issue. They left some big holes in the pipe that a tree found, and it became completely root bound. They cut out the bad section of pipe, removed the roots, and replaced that section. read more
