The customer will press the call button and instead of calling them, it flashes a message to blow your horn for service. So, the customer blows their horn and the workers can't hear it because they are next to the car wash tunnel. It's an absolute joke. Then you go to vacuum your car and nearly half the vacuums do not operate properly. It's just an epic mess. Try to talk to management about this and you'll see really quick why it's as bad as it is. This place needs a competitor in Ellijay. Once that happens, this place will fold fast.

I contacted Revived Mobile Detailing and they were able to schedule an appointment for us. Just the logistics of taking four vehicles to a car wash, or other facility, is quite challenging. Have been taking my vehicles to BR Oil Change for 2+ years, but won't be going back. They have made…read moreseveral errors, one costing me $800 to fix. First incident was summer of '23. While traveling on a road trip we needed an oil change in KY. It took them 20 minutes to get the oil filter off, they said it was over-torqued. Next up, took the SUV in and during the oil change, they over-filled the engine and it poured out all over the engine compartment. They apologised and wiped up around the engine. But on the next scheduled change they said the engine pan, front and rear seals were leaking, and sold me a quart of stop-leak. But then later I thought it could just be oil that didn't get wiped up from when they spilled it the time before. Anyway, checked the SUV oil consumption, sure enough it was leaking or burning off 1 quart every 200 miles. Took it in to my mechanic and they found the leak at the valve covers. My mechanic is very good, he says it's possible the overfill caused the leak due to high pressure if overfilled. Took my repair bill back to BROC and they said they never would have let my SUV out of the shop over-filled and denied me any compensation, not even a free change. So, "nothing they can do"! 'Bye bye, Blue Ridge Oil Change'!

I didn't need air. I needed help so I left and went to Mr Fix It from the time. I pulled into Mr Fix It till they had. My tire fixed was eight minutes. Nicholson would not even look at the tire all it took was eight minutes to help a poor old woman out I even bought the tires from Nicholson and they wouldn't even help me.
