Stopped using this car wash as it didn't clean the car very well at all. Gave it another try today after using another place for the last year, which unfortunately was closed today. While the vacuums work well. Front passenger quarter panel had a lot of scratches from this car wash. Now I have to get those buffed out. Car did not look any cleaner aside from the tires looking glossy. Never again. read more

Been a member since they originally offered the monthly wash, $29.99 for their better wash was reasonable to me as I get a wash nearly every time I go to town, it's on the way. HOWEVER - 2 months ago they changed their fee for the "Better" wash to $30.00 & never sent notification of the change so for two months I got their $20.00, being still charged the $29.99, (didn't notice as various parts of the "wash cycle" were not working or under repair) after I asked why my tires weren't being cleaned the worked informed me of the change. Contacted their customer support - charged my card an additional $0.01 for the last month but nothing about the additional $9.99 from the month prior. Have an email request in but from the 1st responders email address (.CO) they're in in Colombia so who knows.... read more

I absolutely love this car wash. I wish I could pick it up and move it to Florida, because the ones here suck. The car wash was so fun! Once you get done with your wash, there are plenty of covered spots with vacuums on each side of your vehicle. There are also towels available for use to clean the inside of your car with windshield and all purpose cleaners. Please be sure to return these as that is a very thoughtful touch. We had a great visit and were able to get the car cleaned up from exploring and that thick Georgia mud. I also met a really nice man next to us that moved to the area years ago from Sarasota. Most of the vacuums were not working and the one that are barely have any suction. Waste of time and money.

Had to take vehicle to another car wash immediately. The two attendants were surly and sloppy. I paid $27 for the "best" wash package and it was horrible. My vehicle isn't an off road vehicle and it was not overly muddy or dirty but, the windows were streaked with muddy residue. Never again until under new management and/or ownership. read more

Friday (May 17) first time visiting this car wash and the last time! Paid $20 for the wash, wax and tire shine. Vehicle wasn't completely washed, dry nor no tire shine. Once you pulled over to the detail area there were no rags to wipe, air hose to blow off the water was a joke, it barely worked. There were limited vacuum hoses. Thought about bringing the issues to the attendant but my impression of him when we first pulled up was that he didn't want to be there so left it alone. I would not recommend this car wash at all! You're better off washing your car yourself. read more

This was the first time I've given them a try. the car wasn't that dirty and when finished it really wasn't very clean. I could take a damp rag and wipe the dirt off the hood and roof that the wash missed. I didn't expect a detail level of cleaning but thought the flat surfaces would be cleaner than this. read more

The level of service has declined dramatically over the past year, since the car washed opened. When you go through the entrance they now only prewash one side of the car, which has decreased in value the whole experience????I have a membership and continue to try and cancel it and now when I go through the entrance they ask for credit card information again so they can "migrate " my info from one system to an app, but they have no trouble charging me when I have repeatedly sent emails to cancel the membership. The actual wash through was fine and prices are typical. It was 1 hour before closing and there was only one other car parked at the vacuums. Not one employee in sight and not one clean towel was out. We waited for a while and after 5 mins checked the cart in front of the building. There were several spray bottles but no towels. Another car went through and parked and still no one came out with any towels. We ended up having to dig up a used towel from the bucket just to wipe some of the spots the wash didn't get. I really love the fact that they supply you with towels to clean the interior of your car or dry the exterior. I spent almost two hours cleaning my car because I couldn't hold back from using the towels. I may need to take a person with me next time to control my usage of towels. I went wild. read more

I came here today to wash my car. It was a great value for what they provide. First, you pay to wash your car and drive it through. Two employees then pre-scrubbed the front and back of my car before it went through the automated wash. After the wash, you have access to great vacuums, Windex and all purpose cleaners. If I lived here, I would buy the monthly wash program. This is a great location for Blue Ridge. It is across the street from the Ingles plaza. read more
