They rotated the tires once as I requested front to back. The noise persisted but not as bad, so we came back a second time and Andrew (and his crew) cross rotated them this time which solved the problem. They even gave us a referral to Christian Brothers automotive for an alignment check. Being 800 miles from home and receiving this kind of service from location M003 (Sunshine street location) was extremely helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else for tire service when near Springfield. Upon my arrival at 11:55, I gave my information and keys accordingly. After waiting 35+ minutes for them to take my vehicle into the garage, I was told my front-end tire alignment was off and would cost $129 to align it. I recently had the vehicle aligned less than 2 months prior because I had new shocks, struts, and springs installed. I told them I would like to talk to the previous company that did the alignment and did not want the service. After waiting an additional 30+ minutes, I was told to come to the back, where I was shown massive chips out of the inside of my tire due to their improper removal of the tire from the rim. I was then told a completely fabricated LIE, blaming the previous company that worked on my vehicle. Which I called them out on. I was told I didn't need to pay, as I was so disappointed with their service. I get home, and after inspection, I notice they didn't even put the air cap back on after filling my tire with air.
