Extremely disappointing experience. The biggest issue is that this shop charged me about $100 MORE…read morethan Tesla for the exact same replacement tire, including installation. An independent shop charging more than the Tesla dealership is absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, the tire they installed started leaking air shortly after the installation. I brought it back, and they eventually found the leak at the bead. Instead of taking responsibility for a problem with the installation, they claimed my rim was cracked and tried to sell me a new rim, pointing to existing curb rash as the cause. I took it to Costco for a second opinion. They cleaned and resealed the bead, checked for leaks, and fixed the problem. No new rim was needed. On top of that, communication and turnaround time were extremely poor throughout the entire process. Paid more than Tesla, had a leak after their installation, and was then told I needed an expensive new rim when a simple bead reseal fixed the problem. Get a second opinion before authorizing additional work here.

Very knowledgeable mechanics and very nice to employers in general, but very expensive place for…read morerepairs. I usually take my car in for oil, filter and tire rotation, $45 or so, not bad. However, any mechanical repair is extremely expensive. I received an estimate to change the sway away bars, rear suspension/rear shock absorbers and change the tripods for close to $1,500. I found a local small shop mechanic that did it for less than $700. Also, on another vehicle, the horn wasn't working, so Oxford gave me an estimate to fix it for $450. I reviewed YouTube videos and was able to fix it myself, since the problem was simply that the ground cable was not making contact. Bought a 2' copper cable, changed the horn and changed the plug, all for less than $60. Yes, $450 vs $60. Again, I don't think they are bad mechanics, but way too pricey. Won't go back.

As it turns out I didn't torque down the wheel tight enough (I did it to specs) but Andy explained that the rust on the hub crushed down and loosened, thus creating the wobble. He tightened both wheels and sent me on my way free of charge. I've taken a few of my vehicles there and have gotten absolute five star service each time. Also if you're a Veteran you get a 10% discount to boot. It's a great shop and a credit to Worthington to have them there.

I wanted to be happy with the job that Tilton's performed but I cannot bring myself to it. Someone…read morerear ended me and I wanted to take my car to Tilton's since it is in a convenient location for me. Communication was ok, and the car was done when they said it would be done. However the actual paint job they performed leaves a lot to be desired. They did not paint match the new bumper correctly, and the clear coat is completely opaque and bumpy. There is a very noticeable transition between the bumper and the rest of the car as shown below. They replaced my bumper with a non OEM part, which was the fault of the insurance company and not them, so maybe that is part of it. I also share some blame as I was in a hurry to catch a flight when picking up my car so I did not thoroughly inspect their work. Regardless, it is not a quality job and I would not recommend going there for body work.
