One big draw back for me is that they changed from serving meals on normal glass plates to metal plates! They line the plates with a brown paper lining that disintegrates from the hot grease of the fish and sauces you add. Pretty gross having to scrape this paper away from your meal and you are eating off the metal. I love their fish but will not be a return customer until Joeys gets away from the Army Metal way of serving food!
