Drinks are made to order, customized to your liking, including shots of alcohol. Specialty Gingerbread latte with rum (Captain Morgan's), sans white choc sauce, was $10; fair price to fuel a family shopping trip where every child was "looking for something" but "didn't know what, exactly." While pricey, baked goods are yummy; bought 2 donuts ($4.99 x2) which were sweet, large and seemingly fresh baked. Despite their size being larger than my hand, they didn't last long enough for me to garner more specific quality dets! Staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The cafe legit reminds me of a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf - Same colors and interior decor. I just ordered a cold brew with whole milk while my friend got the strawberry slush. Coffee was alright since it gave me the caffeine boost I needed. Strawbery slushie, on the other hand, was no bueno lol. The slushie was a deep red color and it tasted just like diabetes in a cup filled with artificial strawberry syrup. We should've asked for a sample first because it was disgusting. read more

Good coffee, lots of choices, and decently priced. I was surprised the bags of coffee were not more expensive given that it's Disney, but they seem to be priced just right. There are many different types and their dark roasts are delicious. Definitely grab the riviera blend if you like strong coffee. read more

Joffrey' is always a must when at Disney! We live off this when we are here. The coffee is AMAZING! My husband and I have different taste with coffee but we both always love how they make lattes or specialty drinks. This place is so clean and have a variety of coffees you can buy and they also can put special foam art on top of lattes. The service is also always amazing and so friendly. One other thing I like is that they don't have a huge variety of specials. They have a monthly specials but it's straight coffee, latte, cappuccino, any other usual things in a normal coffee shop. Love this location! We went in on a nice day when it was super empty inside. Got two great iced tea drinks. Only knocking a star because Austin was kind of rude to us and we were taken aback. We went for 1st time based on everyone's experience and my are well as follows! I feel if you're in disney springs and want a fun coffee to try then go try it! I didn't like the fact that the drinks are not very customizable and the sizes are limited! Especially on a hot day when your sweating from the florida heat!! I ordered an iced cold brew with coconut syrup and cream I believe it only came in a 20 ounce.Im a big iced coffee drinker lol so for me the was not enough! As for service it was OK the 2 people working were not very friendly and barely interacted with us to greet us or offer us any assistance only because they had to to.I was really disappointed.As for as ambiance there are no seats inside to escape heat only outside and you stand in line to order.So I'm not impressed! Also the only thing I did like is ground coffee options to buy to take home! Especially if you want to take some back to your hotel to make! Overall I honestly don't think I will be back I'm an annual passholder and they don't even ask you,you have to tell them to make sure you get your discount.More options on sizes and drinks would be great! My family and I have visited this coffee joint SEVERAL times throughout our past couple of trips. Suffice to say, we love it. Due to the fact that the All-Seeing Yelp Algorithm is peer pressuring me into talking in-depth about this specific Joffrey's location, I'll now go into further detail. *ahem* The atmosphere contains very little to comment on. The outside is brick-clad and classy, and pairs very well with the gelato shop next door. The floors are like, fake wood or something, but they must be pretty okay quality if they've withstood years of daily coffee spills. I guess the custom Joffrey's rugs are nice, especially the 50th anniversary ones. Granted, those are simple decorations that will soon be gone. But they're pretty nice, atmosphere-wise. Anyhow, the service is another thing that I am forced to comment on. Although that sentence is not in improper grammatical form, I do admit that the service here is excellent, as per usual for a Disney establishment. The Cast Members have always been of average character for this business. I've never been insulted by the baristas, but they *have* complimented my outfits on more than one occasion, so that should tell you everything you need to know. Uhhhhhh, I think food was the last thing on the itinerary, so here goes. The main items of solid substance are the giant, sprinkled donuts, currently offered in "EARidescent" flavors. (Please read past the corporate mumbo-jumbo, they're just covered in blue, purple, and gold sprinkles.) They also have cookies, but it would do you a world of good to head down to Gideons for much better cookies. The drinks are hands-down the second-best on Disney Property, the first being Gideons over in the landing area. Gideons, being first and foremost a bakery, carries a stunted coffee selection. But Joffrey's is the best option if you're into a wide variety of espresso-based drinks and smoothies. They carry most of the most desirable and classic coffee options. One last thing, the main allure here with the coffees is the option to "stamp" a picture of whatever you want on top of any foam-based coffee. Nine times out of ten, the thing that you want to depict is going to need an app extension, but a Mickey or Minnie Mouse foam art is gonna be cheap and virtually effortless. Provided, of course, that you've already paid for the coffee. To cut a long story short, This is THE requisite coffee joint on Disney property. You'll find a location inside every major Gate, including the water parks. Get your drink here, but go elsewhere for your cookies. Pay for the foam art thingy, you really only live once. read more

What a great way to start a fun day at Blizzard Beach. This little doughnut shop is located right near the entrance as you're on your way to the slides. My little girl and I haven't had breakfast yet so we stopped for some doughnuts. For a little over $5 you get a small box full of tiny, freshly made doughnuts. They're magically delicious and for a little more you can get your choice of dipping sauce to go with. They also serve Joffrey's coffee, which in my opinion is far better than Starbucks. Minus one star because the guy working there put far too much sugar on them. I'm definitely going to make sure to ask for just a pinch of sugar or none at all next time. The drinks are very good only reason why I'm giving it to stars is because I feel it's in a Disney atmosphere, so I expect the employees to be full of cheer in good moods, but the male cashier had a super snappy attitude, and the lady that was passing the drinks out, got very defensive and beyond rude with a customer that was in front of me and then did the same thing to my best friend When all my best friend said was, are you sure this is the drink? Immediately upon entering my husband and i should've listened to our intuitions and exited after not being greeted or acknowledged by both Christopher and the young lady working along his side who were doing absolutely nothing. I ordered a caramel frozen cappuccino and they didn't add the caramel, after letting them know my drink didn't have caramel Christopher poured caramel into a separate cup and handed it to me, i guess he was expecting for me to pour is over the whip cream and full cup of cappuccino? instead of offering to remake my drink correctly. This act was inappropriate, i did not get an apology or any empathy for being given the wrong drink i told Christopher to please issue me a refund he stated he "refunded" the drink, i asked for a receipt since at this point the awful customer service led me to not trust the staff at all and he sucked his teeth at me for asking for a receipt of proof he refunded my drink. I can still can NOT believe the awful experience i had on a Disney property i'm speechless! Christopher and this young lady should not be employees of Disney they don't not represent the brand or what it stands for in any which way what so ever! read more
