I asked to speak to the Dr. because this billing mistake has been going on for more than a year and it is not being handled. I am now speaking with Jennifer who assured me that this problem would be resolved. I had already paid $200 for a skin tag removal service which was told to me through their chat that that is the full payment. Now for some reason there is an unknown $82 dollar bill that keeps being sent to me in error. Again, this office is extremely disorganized as I have had problems with their staff since the first visit. Dr. Heshemi, if you are reading this please get this office organized and I am sorry to say that SARAH does not follow-up on billing issues and likes to hang-up the phone on paying clients. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience. Hopefully Jennifer at the front desk will resolve this erroneous billing issue. Sarah I am sorry to say, but hanging up the phone on paying clients does not resolve problems it makes it much, much worse. This bad review is your fault Sarah and shame on you for acting completely unprofessional and unwise while I have been dealing with this terrible billing error that is not my fault but the fault of the office's poor organization!!!! UPDATE: THE OFFICE JUST TRIED TO GET ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW SO NOW I WILL BUMP THE RATING DOWN TO A 1-STAR BECAUSE THAT JUST PISSSED ME OFF EVEN FURTHER. HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

I like how Clear Day does their research for each product and works as a team to provide the best service. My skin has never looked better and I am surprised at the length of time for my results. I do want to emphasize that everyone's skin reacts differently to each product. I do want to emphasize that it will feel costly coming in every two weeks at the start of your treatment but investing in your skin is very rewarding when you see results. Don't expect to finish a product if there are changes to your regimen. You have to be open to trial and error. I honestly would rather have someone choose products than myself. I have been researching the latest trends and been on a strict ingredient list and wasn't all satisfied. I do wish I can get samples instead of buying products but then I understand you won't know results until you try it for a period of time. After lots of trials of different products, I think I finally have a good routine so I'm crossing my fingers! Honestly, I wish I found Clear Day years ago as I am in my late 20s and have dealt with acne since elementary school. I also have allergies and lots of oils break me out so most of their products work well for me. Except I did have to stop on of their provided sunscreens for dry skin because I am allergic to Macadamia. I had great success with dermatologists but then my insurance changes or money becomes an issue. If you've been to a dermatologist they always prescribe the usual: birth control, tretinoin, and spironolactone and I was tired of relying on medication. Never took Accutane, but I have tried other known brands to help with acne. I recommend this clinic to anyone tired of buying too many products and can't seem to find a consistent regimen! I chose this clinic because I love how they are ingredient oriented, they show their prices on their website, and have actual results which are very rare to see!

Prior to going to Clear Day Acne Clinic I did go to another medical spa for about 8 months. My acne was not improving at all. It seemed like it was getting worse or just not going anywhere at all. My esthetician at Clear Day is Alyx. She is great!!! . My skin has never looked better in the past couple of months. I am able to eat foods that would cause my acne flare ups with minimal breakouts. Do trust the process and clearing up acne especially acne scars is a process. Their main goal is to make sure your acne is at a good spot where you graduate from their clinic. From there they can recommend you to other places to treat for acne scars and other skin issues that they cannot do at their clinic.

It never feels like she's just trying to rush through another appointment or get me in and out the door. I am so happy he was able to cure my face! Thank you Mike!! The only reason why I am giving 4/5 stars in my review today is because I do not like how the pharmacy they require I get my medication from is not local or my primary pharmacy. It is a little inconvenient when sometimes I runout of my medication, and have to wait for it due to it taking longer to arrive in the mail. Or, sometimes the pharmacy forgets send me my refills. I presented for my initial intake, after verifying that my insurance was accepted via phone months in advance upon scheduling the appointment, adding my insurance information into the intake form, and verifying my insurance the day before my appointment, via online check in. When I presented for my appointment, I brought my very same insurance card and was immediately told that they were unable to verify if my insurance was active with the system that they use. The receptionist was incredibly unprofessional, told me that I could lose my appointment due to issues verifying my insurance on their end, dismissed me to sit and wait, then proceeded to loudly announce my insurance and personal information to a silent waiting room while she was on the phone with the insurance. She was unsuccessful at reaching them, proceeded to be unprofessional and told me that it was my responsibility to call my insurance because she was unable to verify if it was active. All while she was loudly whispering about the situation to her coworker, as I sat 5 ft away. That is frankly not my job, nor do I feel like I should be at risk for losing my appointment that I took sick leave for, came prepared for, and scheduled months in advance because they are unable to do their job or even call to verify the information a day in advance. This could have been very easily prevented. It is the patient's responsibility to present with an active insurance card and not expect to have to wait 30 to 40 minutes, that they may not have to spare, with the risk of their appointment being cancelled or their care being delayed. I then waited while a supervisor was able to verify that my insurance was in fact active. Apparently that is not something that could have been done months to weeks to even days before my appointment. The person checking me out blamed my insurance and took no accountability, when I asked what I could have done differently to prevent this from happening. I was told "It's just your insurance." I received no apology for the unprofessional treatment or the 30-40 minute wait. After having to wait that long, just to be seen by a dermatologist, I was met with very rushed care. I felt like I had to very quickly run through each of my concerns, for an appointment that lasted maybe 15-20 minutes. I did not feel like the dermatologist read anything about the history I provided. I also had to ask her about one of my main reasons for making an appointment in the first place, as she rushed to conclude the appointment, as if I had not presented the same reasons for making the appointment to the medical assistant that checked me in. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience and I have very little faith in the validity of the information I was given or the care that I paid for, because of how rushed it was. Not a great feeling to have, as a patient seeking routine care.
