While Johns shop is not hurting for 5-Star reviews, it feels good to use Yelp to recommend and not to complain. I have a 20 year old Bronco that has been sitting outdoors for 4 years. I gave it a thorough scrubbing the weekend before bringing it in, but there is just no comparison to how it looks now. As evidenced by the 5 star reviews here and on Google, John's shop is top notch. The only issue you might have is in getting a slot on his calendar, he's that good. I recently had two vehicles detailed by John, one of which was an old ford Ranger. He took the time to clean and even paint parts of the suspension and under carriage. He made that vehicle something my son is proud to drive. John's service is old school. A hand shake and your word is what he goes on. Pricing is very reasonable for the service provided. I called these guys about 2 weeks ago and was talking to John himself on the phone first. He was extremely friendly from the beginning and had a John Wayne accent which I found really funny. He had told me that he was booked for weeks and could possibly squeeze me in on a Wednesday morning if I brought my vehicle in early enough. After all the reviews I saw online I had agreed with him on the date and proceeded to wait til that time. A day before, he called just to remind me about the appointment and to square away the payment process. Although paying with cash or check can be a little bothersome, when someone gives you a heads up like that it takes all the frustration away before hand. When I brought it in to there place in the morning, the guys all were very friendly and greeted me as I came in, then I met John himself and he had such a charisma about him that even if you were having a bad day, he would've made you laugh about anyways. So I left my 2012 Jeep Wrangler there and I needed to get back home. I had already contemplated running back home since I had my workout gear on or calling an uber, but John insisted on his employee dropping me off home to save me the trouble which was very nice! The Result: About 4 hours later, John called me to let me know it was ready and so once I arrived, I had inspected my Jeep for about 10 minutes and couldn't believe how well it was detailed and cleaned from the inside-out. Furthermore, I didn't know the deluxe included getting my engine cleaned out and so when I saw that I couldn't believe how spotless it was. These guys did such a good job that I couldn't believe how much I payed in exchange for the customer service/ performance/ and results from these guys. It was as if my Jeep was brand spanking new! Wow, I LOVE this place! Johnny did an amazing job. I had my Prius interior and exterior detailed. When I saw it, it took my breath away. I like to take good care of my car, and he took great care of it for me. I nearly cried when I saw how he wiped all the grime and dust out from under my hood. He offered to touch up my paint in spots where I have smudges on the exterior, but luckily, he didn't do it with various brand paint he had lying around; he asked me to bring in my official Toyota paint (which I left at home, not knowing he'd do this for me) during my next detailing. I called and left several messages over a period of about a month. Nobody returned my calls but one day I was driving by and decided to stop in. I walked up to three unkempt men sitting around a table inside next to the the wash/ Bay Area, smoking and eating. It was gross. Told the one who seemed to be in charge that I'd been calling and asked if I could get a car wash. he just apologized and said they're by appointment only and booked for the next month. Last week I took my Acura RDX to have it detailed. When I picked the car up the next day, I was honestly shocked at how the car looked because it was so clean. Johnny made the car look better than the car looked the day I purchased it. The leather seats were excellent and he even cleaned down to my all weather mats while finding time to steam the engine.
