No,pictures of that, haha, but pictures of the beautiful office with a great view. I was in and out in 25 minutes with a great visit. Only one person besides myself waiting at 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. Overall all a five star experience.

They consistently overbook, so plan to wait at least an hour just to be seen. I once waited 2.5 hours past my scheduled prenatal appointment time. The care itself feels rushed and disconnected. The ultrasound tech was cold and clearly unhappy to be there, with no bedside manner at all. Once you're finally called back, you're shuffled from person to person and only get a few rushed minutes with the doctor. It feels more like a conveyor belt than actual care. Communication is just as bad. If you try to call with questions, expect to sit on hold for 30 to 45 minutes before reaching anyone. The biggest red flag for me was scheduling. I originally saw Dr. Nahar, who left the practice. I later booked a yearly appointment with Dr. Garza months in advance, rearranged my entire day to attend, and showed up only to find out my appointment had been canceled and Dr. Garza had also left. I received no call, text, or email notifying me. This was the second doctor I had booked who left the practice, with zero communication. Overall, there is a clear lack of bedside manner, no respect for patients' time, and serious turnover issues among providers. Something is off here. I would not recommend this office. Then, I met Dr. Hicks, a doctor who finally understood my struggles. He spoke with confidence and assurance, saying we would find a solution. This gave me hope and trust in his expertise. Dr. Hicks did a biopsy the results of which led to a plan for a dilation and curettage ( the D&C procedure ). I felt motivated to get better and agreed to the procedure. Dr. Hicks wasn't just a doctor; he was also a guide who explained my options and the results of the surgery. He showed care and professionalism, which made me feel comfortable. Now, Dr. Hicks suggests a hysterectomy as the next step. This idea scares me, but I trust his experience and advice. Despite his youthful appearance, he has a kind way of dealing with patients that eases worries. His team at the surgery center also took great care of me during the procedure. He said it was a clogged duct, and that she was, "far too young to have breast cancer." Before he took it seriously, the cancer got to her liver. My son was six months at the time. He has been without his mother for five years now (do the math). I lost the love of my life after twenty years. Don't make the same mistake we did. Get a second opinion. As far as I'm concerned, his lack of knowledge about cancer and pregnancy is appalling. He is responsible for my wife's death. Don't let him be for you or yours. He didn't apologize to me or even tell his office staff of my wife's death. They found out from me, after I requested some records. Not only is his incompetent, but a coward who won't even tell his staff that he essentially killed my wife and my son's mother.

It clearly states on your website that the service yesterday that you performed is covered for low incoming families. Your organization is government funded, so from the taxes the government is deducting from his and our income, we support your vision but yet you charged him $300 dollars for a simple test. Claudia, it was surprising to hear that it didn't seem high to you for someone who makes 3,000/month, pays rent and supports him and his girlfriend who is still in school. You easily took his money and it became clear to me talking to you on the phone why you took it - you don't care! You said, well he signed the estimate and agreed to it.
