Anevay at the front desk is very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Ashanta is outstanding - funny, charming, personable and very good at what she does. Amanda explained the charges thoroughly and she is warm, communicative, and professional. Dr. Lowe is the best! He is caring, knowledgeable, and truly excellent at what he does. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure the patient feels comfortable. He also has to be the fastest and most expert oral surgeon I've ever seen. He had two extractions to do for my mom and she was in and out in less than 30 minutes with almost no swelling, minimal pain, and very smooth healing. He's a unicorn! My daughter has a lot of anxiety around the dentist from some awful past experiences, but Dr. Lowe and his team put her right at ease. We will take her in soon to have her wisdom teeth out. The procedure was painless from the initial numbing until I left and still 10 hours later I am pain free. His expertise and calming manner really helped keep me relaxed. He also explained what he was doing along the way, which is so helpful because often times when you're sitting in the dentist chair you're wondering "what are they doing", or "how much time do I have left?"
