Does Dr Hutton help with dentures? My Dad was poorly fitted with dentures causing nerve damage and we really need someone's that can fit him well.

I had two veneers done when I was younger and knew it was time to replace them, so choosing the right office felt like a big decision. From my first visit, the team made me feel heard and at ease, and I truly appreciated Dr. Bauer's thoughtful and honest approach. I'm so happy with my results and feel much more confident in my smile. Everyone I interacted with- from reception to the finance team was patient, and kind throughout the process. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Bauer, Ashten, and Ivana for taking such great care of me!

My mom has ever increasing dementia/alzheimers. If I had been aware of what she was doing last year when she did it I'd have stopped it but she covered up her issues well. Now she has a huge unnecessary debt & is in a care facility that will drain her financially but is totally necessary. The Dr didn't question the expenditure. Her orthopedic surgeon did question her on an elective procedure & talked her out of it. Love him! This one not so much.

She exudes a warmth that immediately puts one at ease and this attitude carries over to her staff. From the receptionist to the dental assistants they all make every effort to make the visit a positive experience. My wife suffers from "dental anxiety" and dreads any work, to the point she's neglected necessary procedures. The doctor recognized her fear and prescribed anti anxiety medication for her next visit to help alleviate her fears. She even offered nitrous oxide if needed. An indication of doctor Hayes willingness to go a step beyond was when my wife mentioned she was having an issue with "dry eyes" during her visit and she was provided artificial tears. It was a small issue but it was indicative the care offered at this office.

A twenty year old crown broke off my tooth, oh great. Despite the timing of all this Dr. Hayes was very gracious to get me in for an emergency repair and get me signed up as a regular patient. I was very pleased as she was my first pick of dentists to check out. She was running a lean staff due to the crisis but had me in and fixed up in a jiffy. The office itself has a very comfortable feel to it. Modern equipment but with friendly decor, not the doctor office vibe. Dr. Hayes herself is very friendly and knowledgeable. So nice I almost look forward to coming back for my regular appointment.

The road was long and not cheap, but outcome was well worth it. The Dr. and whole staff are very professional and kind. After 5 years I have a new smile that I'm very proud of and healthy mouth. Thanks to everyone!

Also: The X-ray system used was ancient, painful and extremely inefficient. He still has the old system with the cardboard x-ray film, the kind they have to shove into your mouth to get the picture. Very uncomfortable, and it took a long time. I questioned the assistants actual training. Second: When Dr.Pritchett did not directly introduce himself. He mumbled a greeting as he stood out of my sight behind the chair. Third: he started cleaning my teeth with the jet water spray system. This system can be very painful if the Dr. does not know or Care how hard the spray is. I told him, but he said that was the system he used. When I told him to stop he said something like 'I guess I can go back to the old way using tools.' I would not recommend Dr.Pritchett. to any one. After declining to pay the late charge, I reconsidered and I asked if he would settle the late charge for $50.00? He declined stating that $100.00 is the policy. I really object to the charge on the grounds that this fee seems excessive and it was such a poor visit. The leftover taste in my mouth after this appointment was very unpleasant and decisive. It was my mistake to not act on my reaction and a cancel while it was on my mind. Lesson Learned.

Unshockingly, this has left my mouth in a suboptimal state, and I was referred to Dr Goldberg for a multi-tooth extraction. From the start, everyone in the office was kind and welcoming. They worked with me and my really weird scheduling availability to get me seen and treated in good time, and were always right on top of the game. Solid five stars just for the office and support staff. Dr Goldberg himself? 10 stars. Any question I had, he answered. He really listened when I told him about my fears and anxiety surrounding my being there and made sure I knew ALL of my options - not just the expensive ones like some offices do. The day of the procedure itself he was just as warm and welcoming and talked to me the whole time as I was going to sleep (general anesthesia was needed). The part that was over the top? He called me at home that same evening just to make sure I was doing okay. I have never in my life had such a kind, caring experience - not just with a dentist but with a medical professional at all! If I had dentists in the past even half as kind and attentive as Dr Goldberg, I wouldn't have ever had the problems that sent me to him in the first place.

I like how they call you afterwards to make sure you're doing okay post op. I don't like how one assistant kept leaning into me with tools in my neck while the doctor was performing my surgery. Overall the procedure was quick and mostly painless. They definitely overestimate when telling you how long something may take. For my child I was told 3 hours and it was only 45 min and for myself I was in and out in 30min.
