They are painstaking about the work they do, he is a perfectionist! He was ridiculously fair, got me in next day, meticulous!!! He even made my temporaries right in my mouth, & they looked better than real teeth!!! I would have just kept those! But what I got were zirconia with no metal!!! No black, receding line! Ever! He spent a lot of time matching colors to my other teeth, I can't stop smiling!!!!! Absolutely changed my life!!! Front reception was friendly and nice. Xrays and new patient interview was smooth. They really wanted to get to know you which I liked. She exudes a warmth that immediately puts one at ease and this attitude carries over to her staff. From the receptionist to the dental assistants they all make every effort to make the visit a positive experience. My wife suffers from "dental anxiety" and dreads any work, to the point she's neglected necessary procedures. The doctor recognized her fear and prescribed anti anxiety medication for her next visit to help alleviate her fears. She even offered nitrous oxide if needed. An indication of doctor Hayes willingness to go a step beyond was when my wife mentioned she was having an issue with "dry eyes" during her visit and she was provided artificial tears. It was a small issue but it was indicative the care offered at this office.

I was very pleased as she was my first pick of dentists to check out. She was running a lean staff due to the crisis but had me in and fixed up in a jiffy. The office itself has a very comfortable feel to it. Modern equipment but with friendly decor, not the doctor office vibe. Dr. Hayes herself is very friendly and knowledgeable. So nice I almost look forward to coming back for my regular appointment.

I explained my dilemma and Vanessa asked me if I could come in in 40 minutes. Really? Yes, we will work you in. Three hours later I walked out of the office with a temporary crown and an appointment for two weeks for the permanent! Ultra friendly staff, clean and attractive office and a great painless dentist! Dr. Beall explained every step of the procedure and I know he really knows his craft. We love living on the central coast more every day. Dr. Beall and his staff are simply the best!

As a coincidence it was during the big storm and Dr. Jones is wild about surfing. I figured he was riding the big waves for the two days, That's his business. Adrian said she could reschedule me for sometime in February. I thought she'd get me in on that Monday. After waiting that long with an annoying tooth , months it signaled the end of a 17 years business relationship. Dr, Jones is a nice guy and does decent work but if he's off two days sick he should work the following two Fridays to get the patients in that have been waiting, I bet he never considered this. I didn't understand why since they were in network on my PPO dental plan. I did it but since this didn't seem right, I called my ins co who agreed they shouldn't do that. After mentioning the call they did refund my money and they were ultimately paid appropriately by my ins co. I felt that was crooked. However, the worst part, during the procedure, I was experiencing a lot of pain while he drilled requiring stopping him for repeated injections of numbing meds. Then during a very long time of drilling, Raul Perez fractured my tooth!!!! It also occurred to me, after the fact, that he was drilling a tooth with a previous mercury filing and didn't perform any of the necessary precautions when removing mercury. This was awful!! I do not recommend this dentist!

If I had been aware of what she was doing last year when she did it I'd have stopped it but she covered up her issues well. Now she has a huge unnecessary debt & is in a care facility that will drain her financially but is totally necessary. The Dr didn't question the expenditure. Her orthopedic surgeon did question her on an elective procedure & talked her out of it. Love him! This one not so much.
