I felt a bit scammed when I called the front office asking them "do you accept my insurance" and they responded "yes". Fast forwarded after my appointment I check my explanation of benefits and I saw I was being charged for out of network expenses. I called the office asking why I was being charged for OON and their response was "you asked if we accept your insurance. But you didn't ask if we were within network with your insurance". I feel the communication could improve in order for better customer service to help educate others who don't live in the confusing health insurance world. My only complaint.

Her orthopedic surgeon did question her on an elective procedure & talked her out of it. Love him! This one not so much.
