After dropping in for at least one class at all the local prospect Jiu Jitsu and MMA gyms, in the Spokane area. Newborn Cascão stood out head and shoulders above the rest. The kids classes are very well ran with, a good mix of fun, games and technical knowledge. All the coaches are patient with the young students and help with major and minor technical instruction. The adult classes are incredible as well.
