We really enjoyed the newly renovated upgrades. Guests kept complimenting what a nice hall we had chosen. Not only was' it very spacious but also accommodated all our needs. From the three bathrooms to the kitchen with fridge which was a huge plus for us and ramp with ease for our vendors to easily bring items upstairs. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future celebrations.

I arrived within the first half hour after opening to try and beat the heat. Even though it was still warm, there were plenty of shaded areas to stay cool along with benches that were great for relaxing. There was also a breeze so that helped. Thought about spending an hour there but glad I paid for two hours of parking because I ended up staying for 1 & 1/2 hours. One of my favorite moments were simply sitting on a bench listening to all the birds. Hopefully you can hear them on the video. This is a peaceful place to unwind and definitely encourage you to visit.

We spent a lot of time admiring a group of docile ducks and enjoying the shade by the water. They also have an online plant shop for those interested in gardening (with a great ongoing deal). Planning on purchasing from there and picking up so I have an excuse to stop by again. Loved my time here. Expect to enjoy yours too!

My best tip for someone looking to book is to be very organized and clear with every item you want if you are planning to bring your own decor, they are great and will get it done! But being organized will make things easier. The venue closes at 10pm, but we were able to book an area 12 minutes away at one of the bars in Downtown Fullerton. We had a good turnout of guests there for the After Party! We got so much compliments on our beautiful wedding and ceremony, and many compliments on the venue. The Griffith House has huge space for everything. The other great thing that others have already mentioned is that, other than table, chair, and bar rentals, you get to choose your own vendors and bring your own alcohol - provided you pay for their bartender and security, of course. You do have to work with (and pay) one of their in-house day-of coordinators from Hutchinson Weddings, but Amy, who we we worked with, was very helpful working through the rentals that we used from the venue, as well as coordinating our outside vendors on the day of the wedding. We really wanted to choose our own caterer and bakeries, to choose wines and beers that we liked, and to bring my own pro audio equipment for the ceremony and music. The Griffith House let us do all that.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the customer service here is. We ordered Brittany Force first win shirts, which were being autographed for the first 25 ordered as a promo. There was a mix up and our shirts came but were not autographed through a minor mix up. I contacted customer service that day and was immediately given a variety of options to make up for the mistake. We were offered autographed hats instead AND got to keep the shirts. The turn around time was amazing! I would not hesitate to order from JFRC again, in fact I plan on doing so very soon. Top notch service and product quality. It is so refreshing to see a company/brand value and care so much about their fan base. I truly feel they value the customers and fans as much as we love the drivers and sport. John Force and the entire Force family have always gone the extra mile for me when I have requested signatures on die cast's for my collection. One venue even tried to slash $3,000 off the price if we booked on the spot, which only made us feel uneasy. The Charleston, on the other hand, felt honest, professional, and genuinely invested in making our daughter's night special. The ballroom itself is stunning -- vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, uplighting, a full stage, LED screen, hardwood floors, bar areas, and a beautiful bridal suite. As parents, we wanted her debut to feel elevated and unforgettable, and this venue delivered in every way. A few standout details: * Planning Pod: Their floorplan tool made seating assignments incredibly easy. We could drag and drop guests into exact seats, which was a lifesaver for a debut with VIPs and a full court. The BEOs were clearly laid out too, keeping communication smooth for both our family and the venue team. * Early setup access: Starting at 11 AM gave everyone plenty of time to prepare without rushing. * DIY friendly decor: They allowed us to decorate the ballroom ourselves, and staff was supportive the entire time. Emily, John and crew were fantastic! * Food: We chose the Charleston Signature Buffet, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was.
