We requested an upgraded system with higher efficiency which cost more than the cheapest system because energy efficiency is important to us. Dave was on time for his appointment, organized and thorough in looking over our existing system and the layout of our home, vents and returns. He also suggested we increase the size of our AC even before I mentioned that on really hot summer days it would get up to 80* with the AC constantly running. He matched one aspect of another company's offer. He explained his proposal welll and we ultimately went with Gibson. The installers were very efficient and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was connected via the manufacturer's app and that I understood how to operate the system. Dave and the two installers displayed professionalism throughout.

Do not use this company for your gutters! We paid them over $2000.00 to repair and clean our gutters within the last 60 days. I was sleeping better at night thinking that we wouod not have water falling from the sides of our gutters and leaking into our basement. During this last heavy rain I discovered water shooting from a plugged downspout and flowing over the side of our house. I have sent pictures and left several messages on their voicemail (they never pick up) asking them to call me. I have not got a single response.
