Best thing I ate in Houston!!! Tacos and Birria fries had me weak in the knees. Juicy, cheesy , fresh and hot. 10/10. Service was decent.

I had just been chatting…read morewith Gretel about breakfast tacos the day we landed in Houston -- and breakfast tacos are one of my favourite things about visiting Texas. We pulled up to this food truck and, while placing our order, I instantly had the feeling that this crew knew exactly what they were doing. That impression proved to be spot on as soon as I took my first bite. The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and packed with the kind of simple, honest ingredients that make great breakfast tacos so satisfying. No gimmicks, no unnecessary fuss -- just well-executed food that delivers exactly what you're hoping for. The service was efficient, the operation ran smoothly, and it was easy to see why there was a steady stream of customers. Overall, an excellent breakfast taco stop and exactly the kind of local experience I look for when I'm in Houston. Saluti.

Luckily, this spot takes both card and cash! I got the small beef quesadilla, and it was loaded with cheese. The small quesadilla was $5.50, and it was pretty decently sized for a small. They have salsa set out at the counter, so you can pack as much as you like. The red salsa was smoky and SPICY. Very tasty if you like spice I see a lot of great reviews about this place. I would like to try their other tacos and give a more detailed review. I will be back! but for sure the quesadilla was a hit for me

There is Loteria nights and they announce this on their social media. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. If you need help anyone will help you. Restaurant is spacious indoor and also has a huge outdoor covered patio with fans and also an open patio. For their events I have been to Loteria nights and they give out prizes, it's fun while you grab a bite or a drink. They also have events where they bring in tequila brands and you can do free tastings of tequila! You meet the tequila brands ambassadors and learn about their brand. A great fun time during the week. A perfect spot for weekend drinks and Tex Mex food. My family and I love this spot and if you haven't been definitely stop by.

We did have to ask for a bit of cleanup around our table from the previous guests, but considering how busy the restaurant was, it wasn't a major issue and was taken care of promptly. The food was very good and lived up to expectations. My only disappointment was the Bloody Maria, which wasn't seasoned properly and lacked the balance and depth of flavour I was hoping for. Overall, a fun, energetic spot serving very good food, with just a few minor details keeping it from being an exceptional experience. Saluti.

Their claim to fame is twofold: $1 tacos (taquitos) and being one of the latest-night establishments in the neighborhood. I still don't fully understand the menu. They have items that have no prices and no descriptions, which is in line with many of the taco carts throughout the city. Lubary taco? Lubary burrito? Gypsy / Tony / Zuzu tacos? Besides extra condiments, I'm not sure what anything is. Hence, I always stick with their most well-known product: tacos. But these aren't actually tacos. They're taquitos. A smaller off-brand version in which they can charge cheaper prices, for less meat. Two biter tacos is the easiest way to describe it. The tortillas are crispy and the flavor of the meats are fairly good. However, they are also a bit skimpy and aside from chorizo, chicken, and beef, and there is an extra charge. Barbacoa, for example is $2 each. Service has always been very good. Though I swear they go through a lot of turnover because I never see the same people despite showing up at the same time in the middle of the night. It's never too busy and parking is mainly for the convenience store. I also can't stand the way that they package their salsas, which are tied up in a plastic bag. It's not glamorous or even remotely close to the best in the area. However, in a late night pinch and when hunger, strikes and a budget is necessary, then places like this make all the difference.

When I went, it was empty at 8PM with just 2 girls sitting inside waiting for customers to come in. I ordered 3 tacos for myself and chips and queso. They came out with the chips and queso at the same time as the tacos and it was within 10 minutes of me ordering! Super quick. They also gave me 2 bottles of hot sauce, which I loved both because they're just as flavorful as spicy. The tacos were definitely filling and stuffed with meat. I really enjoyed them and would definitely come back. I ordered 4 tacos to-go for my husband to have, 1 al pastor, 1 shrimp pastor, 1 carne asada and 1 chicken fajita. They have a bunch of different drinks which I'll try next time I'm in because they looked good! Price is good as well. I'd save average for what you get.

It would be a much better taco if you started with a dry tortilla, used just a light butter or oil spray, and seared it on both sides until it's crisp before adding the ingredients. On the plus side, the ambience is great. The place is very clean, and I loved the selection of homemade drinks in the refrigerator along the right wall. If they fix the greasy tortillas, this would be a top-tier spot. I ordered a pickup order so I didn't really experience the service.
