If you are searching for someone who will try to help in more consistent and long-term ways, he is the doctor for you. His bedside manner is not the most friendly but that appears to seem his personality. If you care more about being buddies with your doctor than the quality of the care then he isn't for you. If you're looking for results then you've found the doctor you're looking for.

After hurting my lower back and just dealing with it for months my co worker recommended I call this office. I initially saw Dr Basra one of the spine specialists. He took his time and explained everything clearly to me and actually showed me my MRI. I was able to see that I had a herniated disk. He suggested an Epidural injection for the pain. I was able to have a consultation and injection with Dr Abbasi within a week. They have an amazing set up to do the injections in their office. Their assistants made me feel comfortable, played music to calm my nerves and were able to get me home in an hour after my injection. Doing much better now Highly recommend!

I believe the front desk employee's name is Liz. During every visit, she has come across as dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to us with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and I witnessed her treating other patients in a similarly disrespectful manner. The front desk is the first impression of any medical office, and her behavior reflects very poorly on the practice. Patients who are already dealing with illness or pain deserve compassion and respect, not rudeness. Management should seriously address the customer service at the front desk before more patients choose to leave. I will not be returning to this office, and I will be recommending that friends and family seek care elsewhere.

We went in, got the Xrays and the office said that our insurance didn't cover. Our insurance covers…read moremost procedures. Originally they said that I could get 3 or 5 shots. When we had to pay for it they put us on a 5 shot plan at 150.00 a time. The shot hurt so bad and I had more pain after the shot than before I went in. I was hopeful that the pain would lessen. Before going in the following week I went to a surgeon who is covered by my insurance. He said that there is no evidence that these shots do any better than cortisone injections. He said they were basically anti inflammatory and cortisone is much more effective, cheaper and last longer. He said they don't form a cushion. He gave me the shot and it didn't hurt at all.

I have already paid what they determined I owed and NONE of the payments were reflected on this "bill". When I called (had to call three times because their automated system kept hanging up on me) I was told that the remaining balance was actually "only" a little less than $2000.00. DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE HIDDEN FEES AND HAVE TAKEN YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION BEFORE OPENING ANY MAIL FROM THEM.
