The facilities, however, are miserable and the machines have been on their last legs for some time. 80% of machines not working and out of order. Dryer gunk. The facility, floors, walls, decor feel like you're in a communist block country last legs, macgyvered laundromat/kompromat. The rugs are extremely not clean and ripped. They have taken an extreme beating for the floors which, showing no appreciation for the paltry protection by the rugs, lay crumbling and cracked, inured to the neglect and depressed by it all. The tired decor, ripped wallpaper, all are depressing. A weird authentic time capsule of 1970s depression. That's why I come back every now and then to see if things are looking up. I don't mind the tired decor or old floors if the machines were new and working, this would be my 3rd place.

I was there today with my service dog and the owner told me I wasn't allowed to have him in there…read moreand i need to leave. I advised him that that was against the law that service dogs are allowed into any establishment. He told me he didn't care what the law was and was very rude and indignant. He told me that people that come there could be allergic to dogs. I said it doesn't really make a difference. He told me " get out now". I told him I had things in the washing machine and that they needed to finish in the cycle. He once again demanded I leave. I put my dog in the car for the last couple minutes of the washing cycle. Not only do I have a complaint with the ADA on him I can also sue him for discrimination as well as the "disability act".

I would have left but my clothes were in the washer w detergent on them. Very aggressive & creepy. To the point I had my phone on recording in case he started screaming again / kept ranting to himself. I was unsettled for hours and see there's like 20 other reviews from various women and men starting he was hostile and irrational. AVOID!

Am I high, or is that way too much? I looked at the breakdown and the dress alone was $12.50. It is a non-delicate cotton/poly blend with no stains or complicated detail. I gave them at least a week to do the job. Again, am I high? Because I'm not sure who's high, I have to leave it at three stars. If someone versed in the price structures of dry cleaning could enlighten me, I will leave the door open for another visit. But my spidey sense tells me there are better prices elsewhere.

The cleaning job is fine. The issue is, Town Cleaners doesn't give you a price estimate or receipt when you come in. Instead, they spring an enormous price tag on you after they finish the cleaning service. Not only are prices steep, but the woman I spoke with was unreceptive and dismissive to my complaint. I'd recommend going to BC, right across the street, where prices are given beforehand and service is friendly.

I touched it and it is hard and metal-like, not gummy or organic, so...going with the owner's response. That said, there are a lot of repairs inside the dryer drums. That day the facility was untidy, but will come back and see if the girls are back on duty.

Ok. I am here on a holiday Memorial Day 2026. I am glad they are open while my teen son is at the…read morepool. I am so glad I could get laundry done. I have not been here in about 4 years. I typically arrived at the back so I do not have to park in front at a 45 degree angle. The back was locked. I use to use the huge machines at the north side to do my laundry swiftly. They were closed off. The main area was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! The attendant acknowledged the floors were gross, but it was a holiday and the cleaners were off. She could have easily taken the time to mop. That floors had layers of filth well beyond one day. Another lady ended up washing her clothes in a washer that had mud it and required her to rewash her clothes. One load of my clothes were soaking wet but the attendant was no where to be found so I paid extra to dry. One in three washers are broken. Dryers are ok . I feel Like the owner has checked out and awaiting total failure before they shut down. It certainly was not like this in 2021.

The rest had bags of clothes that the laundry mat cleans. 2) only two tables available, which were both being used when we had to fold. The other table had bags of clothes too. 3) we had to lay a garbage bag to dump our fabric on the floor, in order to fold. 4) since tables we're all busy, we had to use the top of the machines to put our fabric in. 5) ASIDE FROM ALL THIS, the workers just looked at us crazy the moment they arrived. Offered a cart until the last 5 minutes I was there which is when everything started. 6) they were also very rude, not saying excuse me in the corner we had to make. Squeezing in front of me folding without saying excuse me. 7) while I had my fabric on the floor, the workers washing the clothes for "happy nest" had the audacity to try to move my bag. I told her I didn't want it on the floor. She wanted to move my bag into her cart. And I said no,to give 5 minutes and either way she'd be in way. She said she wouldn't be. Mind you, the little corner I had to be in folding was in front of the machine because there was no space. She proceeded to harrass me 2x afterwards in the spam of a minute, and say she wouldn't be in my way when we would be shoulder to shoulder. At this point, I told her again "give me 5 minutes" and she left, talking smack about me to her co workers. I left within 5minutes that I said. To which I did give her attitude and told her "your machine is ready" when I left. The rest of the laundromat was opened! She was a lady with blond hair. 8) they block the entrance with their "happy nest car" Only reason I came to this place was because our regular laundry mat unfortunately power was out due to the storm.
