The worst enchiladas I have ever tasted , I thought this place would have more pride then to serve half microwaved warm up tortillas with some can enchilada sauce, only ate here because everything was closed, go spend your money somewhere else there is plenty of good authentic Mexican food in Corning than this place and way friendlier. read more

Love this place! Huge servings and cheap food. There's a spiciness that kinda creeps up on you in the food. The only complaint I have is that the nachos don't have real cheese on them, but they were still super delicious. I will be sure to stop by any time we are passing through town. read more

Don't let the less than stellar appearance of the truck deter your from trying this place. This is hands-down one of the best Mexican places you can go to. I've been here twice while visiting Corning and wish that the owners could bring their truck back to my hometown. The food is all very affordable and the servings are HUGE. While out in a nearby for work one week, i followed pl that it was in the psrking lot of a liquor store...i never expect much from a local's tip, especially if they're from a small town but man, that moment when my tongue touched that perfectly charred adoboda (marinated pork), my mouth dropped in awe and i had to slurp up my drool so not to waste any of that flavorful seasoning...my battery is running low so i have to end the review; otherwise, i can go on and on about his hidden gem tucked on the parking lot of a liquor store in a small toen in middle of nowhere...best tacos i have had anywhere ever from CA to NY cuz 'm a taco truck connoisseur like that whose always on the hunt for taco trucks...plus it's firsr taco truck that introduced me to the corn floured mulitas (pics enclosed but i didn't do it just...damn low battery)...so mad at my Mexican friends for never telling me about what a mulitas is...two thunbs up for that as well...stopped here for my 3rd dinner of the night but that didn't stop me ftom devouring and savoring the sweetness of that mulitas...yumsters...well deserved of my exclusive 5 star rating...be proud of ur hidden gem Cornings...i even tried to talk the taco truck lady to move her establishment down south to Sacramento...crossing my fingers she does one day... read more
