By the time I got the car unloaded and unpacked a little, the burrito was not as hot as I like, so I wrapped it in some foil and popped it in the oven. Damn microwave is not working. Heated, I sat down finally for some dinner. The burrito was nicely filled with meat, cheese, beans and some rice. I like to eat my burrito with both hands and from one end, like burritos from a taqueria, so that's why I don't want any sauce over my burrito. I'd say this was a nice burrito, better than that Bandito joint, no Mexican flavor there! Long time ago, this restaurant used to be one of the worst Chinese restaurants in Red Bluff for years ... glad that's gone and this Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant is here now. The restaurant is clean and brightly decorated with plenty of parking. The food is very good with extremely large serving sizes. The menu is huge, you're sure to find something you like. Even the margaritas are extra sized with several varieties to choose from. I had the top shelf Casa Ramos and it was delicious. I ordered the seafood chimichanga, Yum! My son ordered a carnitas burrito and it was huge. He's a big eater and he even had leftovers. Also ordered were the fish tacos and chili verde, served with warm tortillas.
