This place is so disgusting...what keeps them in business is the people passing through town who don't know any better. They are always out of ice cream, everything is soggy and sad and most of the team is awful. Recently a manager was reported to be shouting and cussing at another employee bringing her to the verge of tears. This is not how leaders lead. Have some class and integrity and coach your team properly. And to the owner who constantly receives this feedback yet changes nothing, shame on you. It's pretty slow paced. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. My order was wrong. Should have checked before 8 left because the drive back wasn't in the cards for me. Too far. This place has lost all meaning of good food. Most of the time they are out of what you want and what they do serve is sub-par. They serve overcooked food which is of low quality, ex: I ordered a hatch green chili hamburger and the meat was burnt, the veggies were leftovers (not fresh) and the sandwich was dry. My wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, which she was told they didn't have, they said they only had crispy chicken which she ordered, ate and got sick. It's hit and miss with this place. Sometimes the food seems fresh and other times it's cold and stale. Staff can be friendly depending on who is working. Sometimes you get really nice people working the drive thru, but I've had quite a few times where the server seems like they don't want to be there. All in all, it's great to at least have a fast food in this small town. Just wished the quality was consistent. read more

Check your order before leaving the lot, odds are good it's screwed up, I have gone to the manager numerous times about my order not being correct, most of the time I pull off to the side and check it, how hard is it to understand fries instead of tots? When you go to the Sonic on HWY 68 the service there is always bad. They always get your order wrong. And they act as if they can't hear you over the intercom. They come outside to get your order and they still get the order wrong. They charge $9 for a sandwich and a soda. Something isn't adding up right here. read more

I go to this location quite often. I went tonight and spent $23. We ordered (2)12 piece BUFFALO wings and got BBQ instead. The girl handed us the food and said everything was in the bags. Not only did we get the wrong food but we got no sauce. We had other food I could of used mustard for but we received zero condiments or ranch for our wings which were the wrong flavor. Don't say everything is in the bag if it's not. Also we went thru the drive thru instead of ordering from the parking lot as a convenience to the sonic employees because it's cold and windy outside. read more

It's Sonic in the Valley. Not my favorite Sonic, but close to the parents house so when we crave ice cream it's the go to spot. Usually get short changed and have to remind them of part of the order at the window, but the service is friendly. read more
