First off, this isn't about the quality of my barber, my hair cut, or the price. I think my barber is great! It's about the experience I had. As I sat down in the barber chair, another customer, waiting for his cut, started lamenting that he couldn't remember if he had ever been "this hungover." At one point I thought he might puke. Then, as I got my haircut, I got to "enjoy" 30 minutes of this guys' non-stop F-bombs, a couple of handfuls of MF'r bombs, and a sexist comment about how a particular "chick" had a "nice ass that he could eat all day." I say this while seeing a sign on the wall about no profanity. I'm not a prude but this was over the line, and then some, and nothing was said about it. It made for a completely unpleasant experience. I probably won't be back, despite going here for well over 2 years. Sad. read more

Took two of the boys here the other weekend. The staff was very friendly and made the boys feel comfortable. Their app is easy to use but I would make your appointment a could days in advance. They are a little pricey but worth it if the kids have picture day or something coming up. read more

A super cuts will take better care of you than this place. I have visited this place twice without getting my hair cut. This is poorly managed and short staffed. They don't take walk ins because they can't accommodate you and if the person you scheduled ahead of time with cancels on you still no accommodation. What's more the barber cancelled on me 2 hours before my appointment. Lack of service. Lack of curtesy for no 24 hour notice. Yet if your are late they take your money anyways by charging your card. I can walk into a Supercuts and they'll cut my hair as a walk in and service me better than here. read more

Update: The owner sent me a message regarding this issue and expressed understanding and empathy. For that I think I should give the shop another chance with a different barber this time. -I should've read the reviews on which barber to pick. I got Oscar. I told him to do a taper and to not cut the top too short. He did the top ok but the sides.....oh boy First: the right side is 1 inch longer than the other Second: I told him to cover my bump. So he did, by not touching the back at all and faded only half inch on the bottom. With all this, I know look like I have a fohawk on one side and a not so faded look on the other. I guess I just expected more from this place since the vibe, setting, and location is great. So disappointing that I don't even want to come back to get it fixed. The whole process didn't feel like I was at the barber shop. The respond on one yelp was that they spend a little more than 10-15 min. Mine took 13 or so maybe 16 min. So fast the he didn't even fade what needed to be faded correctly. read more
