This review is for the pizza only. We ordered a large meat lovers pizza ($25). It was delicious. I'm usually a brick oven thin crust margherita pizza but my daughter loves meat lovers. And this one did not disappoint. Right amount of cheese and sauce. The meats were not salty. Definitely worth the price. We also ordered wings. It was ok. One bad apple can ruin the bunch. Love their pizza but a staff member named Vince is the reason I will never order from here again. I called to place an order for delivery and upon payment I realized I could not find my wallet. I don't carry cash so I told the person taking my order that I could not find my credit card and I would call back. About 15 minutes later someone named Vince text me that my order was ready but needed payment. I apologize for the inconvenience and explained that I still could not find my credit card and do not have cash. He then sent me multiple text messages scolding me for my inconvenience. This is a great pizza place for a casual lunch or dinner. Today I tried the panzarotti which was very tasty, but a little too dark/burnt for my taste. The cheesesteak and hoagie my family got seemed to be liked as they were eaten quickly with no complaints. Milano's seems to have gone through a renovation (beyond the physical renovations that took place). Their food used to be so-so, but lately it definitely seems like the food is so much better. The pizza is delicious; the sauce tastes very fresh and is a little spicy and not too sweet. Their mild buffalo sauce is very yummy. Chicken Caesar salad is one of the best I've had. Everything is delicious. Aside from the food, the workers are always extraordinarily polite. The owner (I think) and his girlfriend/wife both asked if our meal came out right when they stopped by. Their cafe area is very low key and comfortable. They also have a great rewards program - 5 or 6 check ins and you get a free personal pizza. Can't beat that. The first problem was a couple months ago after the delivery driver told us he had just realized there was no pepperoni on our pizza. Whatever, stuff happens. But for $2.50 a topping, it would have been nice to be offered a refund or discount off our next order. Nope. Then a few weeks later I ordered via Grubhub and received a call from Grubhub a few minutes later. I had used a coupon, but had also ordered a pizza "deal". The owner had called them and said I could not do both and I needed to pay the $2-3 that came from the "deal". Pretty annoying since I had paid $2.50 for something weeks prior and didn't receive it. So Grubhub had to refund my entire order (which took days to reappear in my account) and I had to reorder and pay again, excluding either the coupon or the pizza deal. So inconvenient for a measly amount. Ok so now about 3 weeks ago, I ordered in the afternoon. It was almost 2 hours before the food was delivered. We live less than a mile away. Once again...annoying. However, the reason we will never order again is because of New Years Eve. We ordered at 9PM. Expected delivery time was 9:40-9:50PM. However, because of the holiday and long waits in the past, we continued waiting until 10:30. Then we tried to call to see if there was a problem, but no one answered the phone. We had to leave our own gathering and guests just to take a drive down the road and find out where our food was. Surprise...no one was there! They were closed!!! Had to contact Grubhub to receive a refund which will take 3-5 days to hit my account. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I had faith I would be contacted about the mess-up and apologized to. My family doesn't eat pork so we asked if they had beef pepperoni, they said yes and we ordered it and they sent us a pizza with pork pepperoni.
