Usually, I spent half the time in the chair apologizing, but with Paul, it is straight up not needed. The barbering itself is excellent too, no-frills, no nonsense. I have curly hair, so my options aren't crazy wide. Still, hair is cut as requested, efficiently but without rushing, and not stragglers remaining (if you cut your hair short, you know the pain!) The value is very solid too. While there may be barbershops that are a couple bucks cheaper, the price is very reasonable for the quality. The vibe is more old school. A good group of guys working here that make regulars and newcomers alike feel welcome.

I've had cuts here over the past year from multiple barbers and I've never left disappointed. There were a few times that I had to wait despite having an appointment on weekend mornings. However, I understand it happens at times so I don't fault them for trying to keep up with the demand because maybe their clients show up late or they try to make sure their cuts are perfect instead of rushing people out. They prioritize the appointments so be sure to book on their site to make things easier, but they do take walk ins as well. The shop is newly renovated, clean, and has plenty of seating if you're waiting. The parking is easy with spots along the entire street even during the winter. I currently go to Rich primarily, but I've had cuts by Annie and Tiffany, who both gave me great cuts and Annie offered recommendations for my hairstyle. I've seen some cuts by the other barbers while waiting or during my cut and they seem to do a good job as well. Be sure to bring pictures if you're particular about your cut and it doesn't hurt to remind your barber even if you've been going to them for a while since they have so many clients and your "usual" can vary over time as in any barbershop. Rich actively encourages me to remind him of what I prefer and offers suggestions if I have any concerns about my hair. I highly recommend this shop if you're looking for a consistent quality cut for a good price.

I had an appointment for 6:15pm and think I was actually in the barber's chair a few minutes early. This shop is pretty small and they had about 3 barbers working when I visited. The inside is clean and pretty well taken cared of. I got a high taper fade haircut with Ralph and didn't walk away disappointed. He knew what he was doing and asked questions for clarification along the way. Very nice guy! Not sure if they always do this but I did notice that the music they were playing were all in the clean version, meaning no curse words. I'd say they're pretty family friendly and professional. Tips: -It was mentioned that they gave discounts for haircuts done on Wednesdays. I believe it's a $5 discount but definitely call to confirm. -The shop is in what used to probably be a house and has a few other houses around it.
