I bought a 2023 Honda Navi from Johns Honda and we've had a few difficulties but all have been resolved. I would suggest Johns Honda to anyone wanting a good quality bike. But if you need service and your bike is modified from OEM standards, then they are not your guys. read more

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would! John's Honda in Hot Springs, Arkansas SAVED my motorcycle vacation. I was 500 miles into a 650 mile ride when the chain fell OFF my motorcycle in Brinkley, Arkansas. I was in the middle of nowhere and still very far from Hot Springs. I called 2 dealerships that were within 50 miles - neither answered the phone. It was a weekday, during business hours. I called a Honda-certified dealership in Little Rock and they were honest with me: they would not be able to even LOOK at my bike for a week. By sheer luck, I had rented a house in Hot Springs just 4 and a half miles from John's Honda. I called, they picked up right away, and Ron said, "Bring the bike in, we'll prioritize you since you are on the road and so far from home." The AMA tow (120 highway miles) to John's Honda took a couple of hours and I barely arrived before they closed. And yet that same night Dakota and Hunter put a new master link on the chain, put the chain on the bike, and I was good to go! I noticed a few days later that the chain was loosening up again and I had a 650 mile ride home. Despite they being SUPER BUSY with their spring season, they kindly took my bike in without having previously scheduled it and Hunter tightened up the chain. It turns out that the dealership (who shall remain nameless) in Georgia put the wrong chain on my bike, which caused all the problems. I highly recommend you go to John's Honda. In fact, they are such Honda specialists that I am considering just booking a vacation/AirBnB in Hot Springs every time I need a larger service (valve clearance, new chain/sprockets, new tires) so that I can get exceptional service that is DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME, and enjoy the gorgeous riding out there. read more

We set out on a venture to select a specific lawn mower we wanted. We chose a Honda HRR216VKA. We wanted the backing of a local dealership instead of a nationwide chain. I spoke with someone on the phone at John's Honda, who assured us he could help us. When we arrived at their store, we were informed by a female sales rep, that they could not get that model, but we could add another $100.00 to our budget, and purchase an upgraded model. We did not, and left. After we left, I called Home Depot, and they had 14 of the exact same model in stock. They Now Have 13. Thanks Home Depot, and shame on you John's Honda. read more

Bought a motorcycle from Johns Honda in September. Love the bike, great bike, noting wrong with it. But the customer service and sales lady, terrible. I dealt with Vicky, who told me that my purchase for the bike would be $4844 everything included all said and done out the door. I have proof as this was said through the text messages I had with Vicky. Well after signing the paper work and on my way home my wife had called asking when we would get our plates and tags. She spoke to a young gentleman on the phone, who put her on hold and went to check the paperwork. When he can back, he told my wife that we had to go and get it assessed and then we would be able to come in to pick up our plates. She confirmed with him while on the phone that the taxes had been included in the sale and he said YES. After assessing the bike my wife called to ask when a good time for us to come in to pick up the plates would be and Vicky was put on the phone. Vicky proceeded to tell my wife that the taxes were not included with this sale. She told her what the young guy had said to her, and Vicky said she would go talk to him. If he says he told you that, then he will get fired, and I will pay for the taxes, but if he doesn't remember telling you that, then I won't be paying for the taxes. Well of course the guy remembered every part of the conversation, even about assessing the bike, but he conveniently did not remember telling us that the taxes had been included in the sale, because he knew he would get in trouble if he admitted that. I argued with Vicky a lot, even asking to speak to the owner (Which is her Dad, and apparently has no say in the business anymore according to her), yet she still would not allow me to speak to him. I asked around, and everyone even agreed with me that "everything all said and done out the door" means the price of bike, taxes and dealer fees included in that given price. Vicky refused to correct her lie and make things right, she thought we were lashing out at her because I did not like the bike, which is not the case, I love my bike. I just don't like being lied to by two different employees that something is included in the sale, and even after the sale is done, being told by one of those employees that taxes were taken care of in the sale, only to find out that they lied to me twice just to make the sale, and then refuse to make it right. If you do business with this establishment, I highly suggest that you double and triple check what they are telling you, and make sure it's done before paperwork is signed. I'd say get it in writing, but apparently even that doesn't make a difference with them., they will argue with you that it doesn't mean what it says. This is very upsetting as I really love my bike, but I will never give my business to this place again if they can't make a simple problem like this right, and I will encourage others to do the same. read more
