This is the adult play land, in food that is. They have a good variety of pizza. The reason I didn't go a 5 is because I requested the spicy pizza. , becasuse they make you request it. I waited 15-20 minutes and they came over and said " we ran out of peanut butter. I'm actually ok with them running about but I don't like that the ash clown in the kitchen had me wait that long to tell me. Rude beach. I had to redeem some vouchers, and Daniel Medina was the first person to greet me as soon as I walked through the doors. He helped me right away with the machines. So this review will mainly focus on a kids party we had here and why we will not be back. We decided to have my sons birthday party here as it seemed like a good deal for the amount of people we were going to have (15 adults, 4 kids) We booked our party online a few weeks after they opened and it was pretty easy to do online. We made a deposit and paid the rest up front. When you arrive they have separate entrance for parties that is much shorter then general admission. We arrive at 3:25 and our check in time was 3:45. No problem we understood we had to wait as they were finishing up a party. Here is where things went sour. It was 3:40 and we asked if we would be able to get to our room on time since we had a few things to hang up (in the party schedule it says your allowed to enter the room 15 minutes prior to party to get final details of how the party will run, and get everything ready) the lady who helped us said they were drilling finishing up and that it would be easy shortly. So no big deal but now we are getting close to party start time. It's now 4, when our party was supposed to start, and we still have no received our room. We ask again what happened to our room and they said they were still cleaning. So now we don't have our room and it's officially the start time of our party. We finally get our room at about 4:15 and rush to get everything set up. From then on everything felt rush. Towards the end of the party ( you are allowed 2 hrs) they are telling us the hurry things up as they have another party that will be using the room. I find it funny how they told us to rush and were trying to make sure the next party ran on time yet we were let into our room late and not allowed at least the 15 minutes extra time that our party started late. We had 3 people who had not showed up and before we even got to the room we informed our party planner that 3 people would not show up. She informed us that when they bring us the final bill to let them know 3 people did not show up and they would not charge us. Well guess what no one ever came to give us a final bill and they just closed our bill out. We had to go to the front and Inform them of what happened and they were trying to tell us that we finalized our bill and we told our party host we were all set. No one ever came to us and at told us the bill will be closed. It took about 15 minutes to actually get a refund because the bill was closed and no one knew how to refund us back our money. This was a horrible experience for us on what should have been a great day for my son. As far as the games and food it was good and about what you would except, I would say even a little better then Chuck E. Cheese and similar places. But based on our party and how the staffed handled everything I will not be back and would not recommend any one have their party here. read more

The Party Room After being harassed about the number of children and adults in the room. We were rushed to cut the cake, the employees weren't good at entertaining the kids, and even when the parents joined in to help the kids the employees were M.I.A. so my little cousins partyy time was 2-3:30 (1:30 set up and decor) . We were told the party in the rooms as over and we could go look for seating in the dining hall near the food. Next thing I knew my entire family/friends were being forced out of the room, the sliding wall separators opening and people cleaning all at 3:12pm. Fine we found seating for the entire party in one of the back rooms. The kids went to play games and we watched everything at the tables 3.Dining/Food Area Before we get into the food let's look at the silverware. Now I know it's a large establishment but, IDC food and health inspectors need to pay a visit here and I have one in mind that I will be contacting. I was handed a cup it had spots and food like pasta on the side. The young girl employee tells me " oo it's just water there like this" I legit separated the noodle form the cup and she told her rude and says "so you won't another one or something?" I just held tight and was grateful I had my own water bottle . So I grab a plate from the station and put it back and continue to grab until one was clean. The employee asked" can I please stop messing up the plate. I explained to them I wanted a clean plate. Also that they were clean die to the fact they came from the pressure washed dish washer. SMH!!! I almost slipped from getting food at the buffet. Luckily all the lines were long for the unhealthy items. So I stuck to salad,soups, and a baked potato diet. 4. The day after. My entire family was sick with upset stomachs. And acute Gastroenteritis. I come from a long history of health care providers. OBGYNS, FAMILY Practitioners, Vet Med, and Dental. I am a licensed healthcare provider in the state of California. This had to be one of the most severe I've seen. 4hrs into everyone was calling the hospital etc. Complaining of stomach cramps, cold sweats, uncontrollably going to the restroom SMH. I had to have the paramedics come out and give my aunt IV saline to get her fluid count back up I will be contacting the Manager/Oener of this location ,health and safety food inspectors as well as BBB!! There's one thing about service but when you start messing with families health and preferably your personal family ...shit gets real. There is also a bar for beers and spirits. What I love also about this place is it's very retro 80-90's style and decor. It makes this not your average buffet and arcade establishment but a very nostalgic place. Lots of rooms to eat as well as a sports themed area to eat. I love the other retro room which played 80's music videos! The arcade itself (when I was there) did had a lot of technical difficulties as many of the machines were not working. However, the variety of fun the arcade offered is an indoor roller coaster, bumper cars, and new arcade systems. They even have indoor golf! We had a great time at this restaurant. The food was all you can eat and my favorite items were the pepperoni pizza, blue raspberry icee, and the tiny churro donuts. There is also salad and pasta available as well. Before we could even ask, the staff were quick to clean our table. There are a good variety of games and the area is quite clean given how many kids were around. I enjoyed the bumper cars and pretend beer pong. When we entered our private party room the party coordinators introduced themselves and explained how the parties worked at John's Incredible Pizza; they would provide entertainment, pizza and beverages, as well as the clean up. They played games with the kids and adults in our party complete with small prizes and they made balloon animals, hats and swords! They made sure everyone ate and had everything they needed! My entire group was impressed with the food, drink selections and dessert! I had the Alfredo pizza, built my own salad and breadsticks! It was delicious! They even had some vegetarian options for my mom and brother! Oh and can we talk about those warm, fresh chocolate chip cookies!!! They put Mrs. Field to shame! Later Incredibear made an appearance, took photos with us and brought my grandmother a little present! We walked in and I instantly turned into a kid. I forgot who I came with and at that point didn't care lol. All I can see is all these awasome games and cool themed rooms. We decided to eat 1st. The Food: you guys!!! Was really good. For it to be a buffet it was great. No complaints. The fried chicken was fried to greatness, the pizza.. man the pizza was tasty. The salad bar was just right. They had toppings I didn't expect them to have like beets which was awasome. Everything tasted fresh. I work in the restaurant industry and it can be a challenge having fresh food constantly being served at buffets. You would notice flaws but not at Johns incridbles. They were on it. Always replenished when things ran out and everything tasting fresh. I am not to sure how the dessert tasted because by that time I was so full I couldn't even talk lol. But everybody else I was there with said it was good. I kept hearing that the churro dount was delicious. The employees working the toon time area was great. They checked on us and made sure we were takin care of. The Games: All the games were around 4 credits. Which wasn't bad at all. A $10 card allowed me to play for a while. The Games were super fun. They had a few old school games turned modern which was pretty cool. Like Pac man and a basket ball that incorporated connect four. Had a blast playing every game at played. Few machines had issues starting but not a big deal that's part of opening. The Rides: I didn't go on them but my friends did and it looked really fun. I was to full to do anything serious like that lol. But they were around 12-14 credits which wasn't to bad. If it was a round 8-10 credits it would be a lot better tho. I took 40 8th grade students to John's to cap off a school field trip. I had never been there, but it was recommended as a fun pizza place. While there was a fun arcade, the food was absolutely terrible. Everything about the food was terrible. Even hungry 13-year-old kids complained about paying $18 for terrible food. How would you keep " thousands of utensils ( many of these areas are what I call on notchback's or inset fast grab counters , where people will pick up utensils and straws throughout the day) clean to a shine ? I need " incredible johns pizza staff and managers get together, " figure out a cleaning method & jet dry those utensils to a shine, no residuals. That would stamp the five stars !! Incredible johns pizzas has got +- 25 pizzas on one projected counter buffet. you can literally request a pizza from one of the staff workers , love it. you can go to the Vegan side and make your own choices , love that. - salads buffet, pasta buffet, pastry & desserts buffet , dig this they have standalone ice cream Machines, they have more food than you can imagine. Now a note on the pizzas ; All pizzas are a tab bigger than a personal pizza, the pizzas are for mainly for children. they're not very heavy on spice or any particular taste direction that would offset, let's say the kids palettes. it is about the kids and fam at Johns. adults will also find something that they can enjoy, no doubt. For the adults note they do have a beer bar I'm not sure if they serve wines as well but they do have a separate beer and alcohol bar. They also have a variety / selection Of beer, However I was not drinking at the time we're having a beer or any alcohol during her usual working days or any days for that matter unless there's a particular reason for us to have a cheers. Part Duex; I have never seen A game room like this before, maybe at an arcade amusement park, because this is basically the eye candy! Did someone say, " arcade amusement park with actual a roller coaster inside, a beautiful carousel to ride ?" What struck me and probably strikes most people is the glow-in-the-dark golf at the dinosaur park! The size of this location ; we're looking at 50 yards deep , 40 yards wide!! fun and games on one of the left-hand side, multiple dining rooms and themes on the right side , separated !! call ahead of time get your VIP membership b4 you party & dine ! you can spend hours in there and the separation between the games in the dining halls are a definite smart & well thought out floor and function planscape If you have the energy and you have the patience, do you have kids or you are a kid ? johns incredible pizza is the place to go ! weekends are packed, the weekdays afternoons are probably the best time to go for some people there weekday earlier and then going to launch is optimal time for having your own space. Came here for the yelp pre-opening event and had a blast! I was pleasantly surprised. I thought that I'd only spend a few hours here, but ended up staying almost til closing! Food was just so so, but they had plenty of variety and the buffet area was kept really clean. They had a salad bar, pasta station, plenty of different pizzas to choose from (they even had a spicy peanut butter one -- what?!), and a dessert bar. The food wasn't bad considering we were at a buffet at a chuck e cheese type of place. But my favorite part was the icees :) A lot of the games were broken, but I still had a great time.
