This place is great for the lunch special can't beat the deal. Food is good and lots of entertainment for the kids but the one thing that stood out the most is the employee Hippie. He made sure that we were taken care of and came back over and over again. He was wonderful help. This man deserves a raise. He's working harder than all those kids working there. read more

Food was good. My kids had a blast. Wish they had more ride operators, 1/2 the time we needed to request someone to come operate the bumper cars or frog hopper . However, Avery and Sarah were so nice and friendly. Everytime we needed a ride operator they came over with a smile and they hustled. Also, the floor manager was very helpful. read more

This rating is for the kids! They would give this place 5 starts just for the variety of pizza they offer. They beg me to stay and eat most of the time. Mommy is happy because the staff is always helpful. This trip Dra helped us. I needed all the help because I had coupon's and gift cards and military discount. She was kind and patient helping me navigate through the check in process with all 4 kiddos. The games are ok and the location is nice. There is always plenty of parking. We keep our fun card and reload it which is convenient. Make sure you join the blue to get coupons. I will add more pictures and update the review again in 2 months. read more

The only reasoning I'm leaving this review is because of Dra. Customer was impeccable, even while in the middle of helping me she was dealing with a difficult customer and remained amicable. She came all the way from the front to help assist in the wine area to get my glass of wine while several others just walked by me after waiting 4 minutes. I hope she stays with the company because I would be obligated to return if she leaves. Thank you tremendously Dra, you're the personification of hospitality and guests services. Food was great. My negative review is due to the misleading yelp check in special for the 10 credits. Upon request I was told I needed to write a review. Then after I was told I needed to purchase a card for the credits. A lot of steps when normally yelp check ins require you to redeem the offer in front of them. read more

Fun Spot for Kids, But Needs Better Staffing This place is a fun and entertaining spot to bring the kids for some games and pizza. My little ones always have a good time, and it's a nice way to spend a couple of hours. That said, the place could really use more staff. The food area is often missing essentials--sometimes it's ketchup, plates, forks, or certain pizzas--and it could be cleaner overall. The game area also needs attention, with quite a few games not working and no one around to help if there's an issue with credits. The prize counter is especially slow, and the staff there can come off like they're doing you a favor, even after you've waited forever just to claim a small prize. Still, we come back for the fun and the experience. Just hoping they improve the salad options and overall service soon! read more

EDIT to response: Please see photos/video before responding. Your incorrect. The video shows proof. Thank you. My review stands. An employee wouldn't let my daughter go on the bumper cars. She met the height requirement and then the lady said she had to be taller than the height requirement. One very disappointed kid. Nothing said you had to be taller than the line so I asked the manager. The signs do have 2 different heights. The one in the beginning of the line my daughter measured up to, but after waiting she barely made the one at the ride entrance. The manager, Rosendo, acknowledged my daughter was at the height requirement on the first sign, but then said she was standing on the sign bracket on the floor that measures approximately 1mm & said she could not go on & went on to inform me managers have lost their jobs so he couldn't let her on that close-well great for him, but for the client this business should provide fair and consistent rules & abide by them without fear of losing their jobs to provide value for the customer. Video shows proof she was tall enough even with flat feet. The manager just didn't want to admit the signs are inconsistent and I could see he wasn't going to be rational out of fear for loss of his job. Don't tell kids right on the height requirement or even close to wait in line to go on if you want to avoid disappointment. read more

Not as great as other locations. Mugs were dirty took me about 6 to find a clean one. Went on a weekday and variety wasn't as much as we are use to at other locations. Hot coco was not working so I tried the French vanilla as well as the caramel which were both pretty good. Dining area was clean and servers were very quick. We were a little disappointed with the fact that this location does not offer miniature golf as that was our main reason for coming. Many of the arcade games were out of order. So many things to note here. We have been here so many times and the quality continues to go downhill every visit which is sad. This place went from bustling to barely any people at normally busy times. Let's talk about why that's likely the case: 1) Food. It's all about the food for adults. It was 20.00 for two adults to get in with tax. 14.00 for youth... just to walk in the door. So when you have bad pizza, no chicken like they used to have (just generic chicken nuggets), and random other offerings (things that don't go together... who eats onions and peppers by themselves? Yes, that was an offered veggie choice). It's clear the recipes and/or vendor has changed. The food was NOT good. The kids didn't like the pizza (their favorite food) because it was hard, dry, overcooked, and cold. The desserts were raw... my husband told them, but how do you put trays of undercooked desserts out without checking for doneness? Overall, the kids said they wished we had gone to fast food instead. That's sad. They need to focus on the food again.... The only positive is the salad bar was okay and decently stocked. The veggies tasted fresh. Bread sticks were good. 2) The games. As usual, many games were broken or didn't give out the tickets that were promised. Okay, that's pretty typical. But for the 400 tickets my daughter won (after spending $30.00 for a fun card) she got to get some small candies. Not great. The staff were truly awesome and friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our bad experience. Overall, I guess this isn't a great deal anymore and since adults really only come to watch the kids play and for the food, there's not enough quality for us to come back. I am a John's incredible fan. It is actually one of my favorite pizza spots. I always have a good time here, mostly because of the awesome folks that work here. If you ever visit, ask for Lawrence! He really is the best, so kind and helpful and one of the most positive and upbeat folks I've ever met. We look forward to seeing him every visit because nothing beats being greeted by his smile. Unfortunately I can give this visit two stars. For starters we were at the kiosk waiting for assistance for more than five minutes while an associate kept coming and going from the check in area and not really paying attention to the customers at the kiosks. Afterwards I asked if I could redeem my discount since she didn't come to help and she said "no, next time come and get an associate to help". Next as we want room to room looking for a place to sit almost every "empty" table was full of dirty dishes and needed to be cleaned. We finally found an open but dirty table which was in pretty bad shape. The table edging was falling off on the ends. When we went out to go get our food not only was more than half of the food items available, but they ran out of cups. They had two associates telling people to wait and form a line for when they return. So we grabbed plates and grabbed up some pizza, as that was the only food that was available (no chicken either). After we had a few slices of pizza we returned for cups and drinks, and there was one rack of cups, and we took 4 leaving only a couple more behind. At this point we returned for a second plate of food, but now they were out of plates! I personally walked through the other rooms to check to see if the tables were cleared and Unfortunately they were not. There were dozens and dozens of cups and plates that needed to be cleaned up and washed. Now all that being said, I'm assuming they were short staffed as there was very little food, plates, and cups available. This made for a frustrating experience. I'll chalk this up to maybe short staffing or something along those lines. I just wanted to let you know if you come here around this time frame, you may have a similar experience until more employees come in or they manage their staff better. On a good note, the food we ate was pretty good. read more

She helped me so much throughout the entire time and consistently checked in with me when she saw me on the floor ... I can't thank her enough. I go with friends occasionally for the senior lunch. The lady at the kiosks, Dra, is very helpful! They have a nice salad bar. You can ask for a pizza to be made if they don't have what you like out already. If you use the app, you get good offers. The desserts have been very sparse the last two times we have gone. There is a nice older gentleman that comes to the tables to see if you need anything & take the plates. He is really friendly and helpful. read more
