Great for kids & teens games, arcades and rides Food is good and plenty selections, salads pasta pizzas and desserts coffee Soda wine beer and more. Slurpies

This sauce July 30. Best sauce I've ever had. I love it

The chefs here are killing it!!! Everything was flamas fr. Great price too. 10 stars if I could. the coffee flows down your throat like a waterfall from Oregon seeking out the lake, trying to merge into each other. Honey buns 10/10. Whoever is on shift July 30,2026, you deserve to be in the big leagues.

A CASINO 4 KIDS! I mean that in the best way possible! John's Incredible Pizza is a kid's daydream with pizza, bumper cars, drop rides, and loads of arcade games! I visited with my students during a Summer field trip and they had an absolute blast! I appreciated how calm and supportive the staff were at this location. I came with both general and special education students, I can proudly say they all felt right at home. Thank you John's for your inclusive and fun atmosphere. I have to give a massive shoutout to the staff for keeping the restrooms clean during our visit. We had well over 100 students & staff and the restrooms were in decent shape. I was super impressed with the all-you-can-eat buffet, I felt like I was in Vegas with the sizable pizza offerings from supreme to sausage/pepperoni and specialty items like chicken alfredo and hawaiian. I'm also a fan of their crust options, they had both thin and rising crust. I tried both and they were equally delicious. John's has a great amount of drink options like coffee, icee, name-brand soda, and tea. I never felt thirsty! The desserts were a bit dry and old, I only liked the soft-serve. My kiddos loved their fun cards which are used to swipe at each arcade game or activity instead of inserting tokens. It's an easy to use system and we hardly had any glitches. When it was time to cash out and see how many e-tickets we accumulated, all we had to do is swipe our card at the entrance of the prize counter line. After doing so, it would tell us our amount of tickets acquired. I'm an adult and I already want to come back! I loved the theme rooms. I want to try the "hall of fame"(sports room) room and adult room, I guess they serve alcohol here too? My students and I tried the "toon room" and they enjoyed watching Bluey while enjoying their meal.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised. This is much better than.Chuckie Cheese. The buffet was well stocked with many differet selections. The place was really clean for having so many kids around. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The staff was on top of cleaning so the tables never stayed dirty longer than a couple minutes. They wanted to be sure the patrons were done with there meals. The different theme rooms were great. The camping room, Fusion room, cartoon or kids room. Each room had a theme and the decor was awesome. Again, each area was clean. The games were fun (some did not work well) to be expected with kids banging on them all day. But overall a great experience. I highly recommend this location for kids parties or just to take them for the fun of it with the whole family. We will definitely be back.

We came here again for my son's birthday. We all really enjoy it here. The food is great. The service is fantastic. The specialty spicy peanut butter pizza (I know it sounds so wrong and weird, but it is amazingly unique and good) was empty and I asked an attendant if she could make some and she told me yes and made it right then. Our attendant in the themed dining area we were seated at was the true epitome of what fantastic customer service looks like in action. His name is Hippie (Hippolito - sorry if I got the spelling wrong) and he cleaned our tables often. I asked him if he could turn down the blasting tv volume and did it no problem. He is always accommodating, flexible, and friendly with a great attitude. This is a great place to hang out (we were here eating and playing board games for almost 3 hours) and enjoy each other's company over some good always fresh buffet food.

We had an 8th birthday on 4/26 for my daughter here. We chose this location over Montclair as there always seems to be games that take your points and no one around to help so getting credit back just takes forever. We didn't have that issue at Riverside so im so happy. We had a large group over 55 come and everyone enjoyed their time. I like how they charge a room minimum so I got some money back for people that didn't show up. The managers were great checking us in and super friendly and smiling. In the room we had Amy, Alexandra and Dalilah and Sam helped. It was nice they went to each kid asking if they wanted a balloon animal so no one was left out. And they kept the party on track. It is hard with a big group so the time came and gone but we stayed and played after the party at the tables and it was perfect! Really a great place once the kids are a little older like 7 and up id say. Older kids enjoyed it also and the adults got there grub on with the buffet. Win win. Thank you for a special day!

Had so much fun this past Sunday for my sons 3rd birthday. What started off as a really stressful day turned into a memorable fun night. I had originally booked my party in Montclair and they called me 30 minutes before my party started and informed me that they had a power outage. The manager at Montclair thankfully moved the party to riverside, & when I got there we were accommodated and taken care of! I didn't get the managers name but she was so kind and absolutely amazing for helping us out with the unusual and stressful circumstance. She eased my anxiety and made the process seamless, with her quick problem solving skills, and patience, & I thank her for going above and beyond to make sure my vision came to life and my sons party turned out exactly the way I wanted. I appreciated this as I spent lots of money on my own decorations, and planning this for weeks. It was a major inconvenience for the party to be moved as we had to drive an hour away and our time slot had to be moved up, but nonetheless we still made it happen and that's all I cared about. Our party host was so sweet! Melissa was amazing and made the kids ballon animals kept the party running on time, and played fun games w the kids. Her shift ended so then we also had Jocelyn for our party host she was great as well. Overall staff was friendly and had amazing customer service skills! I'm beyond happy with the service from every staff member I encountered honestly. They helped me set up everything, cleaned up afterwards and brought pizza and drinks to the room for the littles and everything else we needed like plates, forks, a lighter for the cake, serving utensils. Everyone loved the party and it was beyond amazing! The food was also bomb, We stayed all night until closing. Thank you to your amazing team and staff riverside! 6 stars

Prices are listed and easy to follow for everything they offer. They have a worker there to assist with payment for whatever you decide. Arcade game cards are purchased at a kiosk. Mini golf prices are reasonable per person. Escape rooms are for 6th & up based on information I was provided when I last went Saturday since my kids wanted to do it and we needed to know what ages were allowed for their rooms. (Our kids are 2nd & 4th grade so we weren't able to do it) There are 27 holes for the mini golf. Each course is short but fun for small kids and themed differently. Only downsize is that if there's a huge group ahead of you, it takes a while to wait there for them to finish before you can head onto that course. So that's the only negative of each course when it's busy even though we went as slow as possible and played the same course multiple times while waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. There's only so much you can do while waiting before another group comes up behind yours. The arcade is small but they have some fun games. The kids had fun playing them. Pricing is a bit high & credits needed to play the games are kind of high as well compared to other arcade places but the games allow tickets to be won so it was worth it for us since kids had fun.

They told me, "You shouldn't look at the reference photos, those are for employees." They attempted to reposition the item, but honestly just placed it back in basically the same spot, so it didn't help at all. It was disappointing because I used to enjoy coming to this location. When we entered the park, we double checked with everyone if there are rides open for his height and we were told there were plenty. Especially for the bumper car because that's what he's really looking forward to first time at an amusement park. So we spent $100+ to get in. When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?' I told him, 'sorry baby, to make sure you are safe, you need to be tall enough to ride that.' And he cried, 'but I waited...'

If the whole place runs by itself without the need of physical money, how would they even know who's playing the 30min package or the 1hr? If they use a prepaid players digital card, then a chaperone wouldn't be needed if we can't play the games anyway. We don't know anyone there or wouldn't need to cheat to play for free from others. The kids were going nonstop and were EXHAUSTED by the time we left! When we first got there around 3pm on a Sunday it wasn't too crowded and the kids had free reign to go everywhere without waiting. By the time we were leaving it was starting to fill up, so I'm glad we went earlier in the day. This place is clean, has plenty to do, and most of the staff is pretty friendly. As an observer, make sure you bring a sweatshirt because they keep it pretty chilly in there on account of everyone running around and getting sweaty! I was a little annoyed that we couldn't bring in waterbottles (metal refillable ones, not plastic one use bottles). The girl made me take them back out to my car. I understand they want to make money, but seriously for as much as I paid for the 2 hour pass... on a Sunday (I recommend going on a weekday... much cheaper) and had to buy socks, the least they could do is let us bring our own water. I understand no outside snacks or food, but c'mon. Sometimes I just don't understand why these places can't just let you go and have a good time without gouging you completely. All in all, the kids had a great time. We will come back...just not on the weekend! Haha!

The rows aren't too tightly packed in, but they're cozy enough to invite other people to join a game if it looks fun and hover over your shoulder to watch you beat a level. The machines are very well maintained, and dare I say it - super clean for most arcades I've been to. Truly, everything there was cared for in a really meaningful way, including the screens, old decals, buttons, and more. It makes me so happy knowing that the people tending to these cabinets are doing so with preservation - and use! - in mind. With the price point being so reasonable and a ton of options to choose from, this is a great place to spend time with friends or family.

Be aware though, there's a very slight gap in the doorway. The parking lot is right in front. Seems like plenty of spots though it was almost full when we arrived on an early Sunday evening. Doesn't seem like it would take long to find a spot though. Ernie and Sarah helped us out at the counter. Really nice and helpful employees. Ernie gave us stickers too. There are so many fun games here. They have pinball, rhythm games, old school fighting games and physical games like the mario sonic olympics. Crazy how "heavy" the older pinball machines games feel, like Pirates of the Carribean. I was having a blast with the X-men and Deadpool machines though. They also have a big screen for the latest Mortal Kombat game. You just need to ask for controllers. Ernie informed us they have all day sale options on certain days as well. A great experience! Thank you!

We went bowling, bought snacks, shoe rental and spent an additional $132 on 4 game cards with convenience fee. Bowling was fun although we had to ask an attendant to remove the bumpers. They appeared to be on all lanes and was a very intense process to get them off. Also we had a wonderful snack attendant who served us initially when we got there. I did not catch her name but she had long braids and suggested a pitcher of soda for our family as a better value than 4 standard drinks. I do want to stress that this is a cashless business and I do not support digital only businesses. I purchased summer bowling passes for my teenagers for a killer deal but am concerned on how they will be able to purchase snacks if I'm not there with my credit card but I believe there's a machine that converts cash into card. I'm not certain if that's what I heard. They had a lot of fun games for all ages to play. Beware as per usual to most Arcades with the exception of D&B's in my opinion it's going to take several $100's if not $1000's of dollars to obtain a decent prize. Unless you win jackpots. My boy's plan to save their tickets until they can get Something they want. There were a-lot Of teenage congregant's as usual to any arcade. One group threw an empty game card at my shoulder and were laughing when I looked up. Nevertheless it was a fun time.
