This is the second time we used John's Plumbing and they did a great job both times. Their technicians are honest, friendly, and professional. The first time we used their services we had a leak in our garage and John's was the third company that came out because the first two couldn't find the origin of the leak. When John's came out, they identified that the leak was coming from my neighbor's house between the shared wall. The plumber was determined to find the leak and a solution. He even went over to my neighbor's house to stop the leak. The second time we called on John's, it was for a leak at our water main. The initial plumber that came out to give us a quote was very helpful and provided a few solutions to save us time and money. When the technician came out to start the job, he took great care and determination to identify the leak buried beneath thick and mangled tree roots. While I am not aware of the current cost for plumbing labor, my initial reaction to $375 for one hour of work to remove old toilet and install a new one, seemed high. Brian was right on time and the job done within an hour, but stated the new toilet was defective and not flushing properly. After some discussion and watching the new toilet flush, I decided to follow Brian's advice and buy a new one. This was around 10 am. I purchased a new one, called the office and Brian came back at 3:30 that afternoon. He removed the first new one and replaced it with the 2nd new one in a short amount of time. He packed up the defective one and discarded the old one for me. Best of all, there was no additional charge for installation of the 2nd new toilet. Great job. So even though I thought the original estimate was high, I was very satisfied with the workmanship and that there was no additional charge for installation of the "2nd" toilet. I had purchased a home recently that had a new problem every day it seemed. I called around a few other places before I go to Johns plumbing and unlike the 24 hour + lead times they had someone out there super quick! The guys Chris and Rickey were awesome super knowledgeable about what was going with my pipes. They explained to me that I needed to replace all of my supply lines and outlined how they would do it. Once work began they were neat and tidy with their space. Through out the 3 day process they kept me in the loop about when they would be showing up and if there was ever a delay or change they let me know well ahead of time. After consulting with various plumbers on installing a costumed shower base made out of Quartz. This was the only company to figure out how to do it. Khari was the plumber who worked on the challenging task and perform a fantastic job. He also connected the pipes and the fixtures to my new tub, sink and a new toilet with a bidet. The price was very competitive and because I signed up to the yearly inspection program they gave me an additional discount. Horrible and they lack the skills for basic plumbing. They cannot even install a dishwasher without scathing it, leveling it and installing the black rubber spacers on the sides. So i gave them a brand new dishwasher, they left me a damaged not leveled dishwasher with gaps not filled with the rubber spacers included with my install kit. The installer said the owner would contact me in the morning to discuss compensation, but he never did and 4 days past. So i'm going to be leaving reviews everywhere I can. Because i cannot stand people that do not do what they say there are going to do and I do not want anyone else in my same position. read more

John's plumbing has just completed the daunting task of completely replacing all of the water pipes in my entire condo. The condo association has pretty strict requirements for all remodeling work that is being done and these men followed them to a "T". They were always very pleasant and explained exactly what they were doing and what needed to be done. The job took 4 days to complete and they cleaned up each day before leaving. I am very pleased with the work that they have done and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of any plumbing services. Me and my husband had an emergency leaks and water damage and called johns plumbing; Chris came out immediately the same day when we noticed everything. He started with his leak detection and found two separate slab leaks being very knowledgeable and informative.He gave us a very reasonable price to eliminate all copper in the slab to ensure this issue from reoccurring. He came out with Ricky the following day and completed the whole house in 3 days with all new pex completed to code. We were both so satisfied with his speed and craftsmanship. I called John's plumbing and spoke to an Erika,, She was wonderful and set me up an appt to have a leak fixed from my main water line. Jacob came out to asses the leak and gave estimate and called Oneil who was the technician. Oneil came and replaced part of the pipe with the main valve and also my hose line valve. Technician Darren arrived on time and evaluated the problem and provided me with an estimate that was very reasonable and upon approval replaced the defective valve. Darren as very professional, informative and pleasant to deal with. The turn around time from the initial request to getting the problem resolved was excellent. Easy to get booked. They were very accommodating to time restrictions. The Plumber was very pleasant, and knew his stuff. The only negative, was the cost. We have used them at least 3 to 4 times in the past, and were very happy, and thought the costs were reasonable. Just before COVID they installed a new garburator. Cost including the garburator was $325. Now, the cost to rehookup the plumbing for a new double sink with that same garburator was $1000. Paying $305/hour for a plumber seems very high to me. read more

I called John's Plumbing because the toilet was running slow and was scheduled for the next day. Technician Roderick Woods was right on time. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour, luckily it turned out to be a small issue. He also checked a tiny leak under my sink and saw the fitting was loose so he tightened it. I had a major clog in my sink. Christian diagnosed the problem and with Jordan's help was able to clear the clog using a camera and equipment to open the hole. Everything is working fine now.
