I was helped by Andy Hodges, the General Manager. How awesome was he? I live in FLORIDA & the man was SUPER patience and attentive in helping me purchase a mustang from his Stillwater OK Dealership. He gave me a discount on the car, another discount on the shipping, was quick with both faxing and overnighting all the paperwork needed to get the sale done. He even gave me his cell phone number to stay in contact with him. He even sent me all the pictures I wanted to help me be assured I was getting what I wanted. The man did his job and THEN SOME!! How many dealers do u know that are in the opposite sides of the U.S.A. from you and go out of their way to give u a great deal and complete a sale from such a long distance? AND even gave me a FULL tank of gas on top of the discount on the car and discount on the delivery. I tried other dealers and the minute I said I lived in Florida, they shunned me. I 100% recommend this dealer AND Andy Hodges!! For the record, this is my 23rd Mustang, YES U READ RIGHT, 23rd Mustang I've purchased, along with a few other cars, so I have A LOT of experience dealing with dealers and MOST of them LIE to u to get the sale and sell u junk and pass it off to u and are not accountable for it. The man sold me exactly as advertised and was efficient. If ur skeptical about buying from this dealer because some of their cars have high mileage, DON'T BE!! My car had 144,000 miles and it made it from OK all the way to FLORIDA with NO issues at all. The driver was very cool as well. I thought he was gonna be offended cause I asked him to let me take a picture of me giving me the rest of the cash I owed the dealership and he took it and posed with a smile. Here in Florida, these people get SUPER offended for ANYTHING, but he was super cool about it. If more dealers would be like this dealership was with me, more people would feel more confident in where they are buying from and what they are getting. THUMBS BEYOND UP!! Andy HODGES and his driver JIM are the MEN!!

Great service. Team takes care of you and a great product. Service and sales both great.read more

Never Again: Why I'm Done With Ford…read more Never again will I drive a vehicle that needs to be Fixed Or Repaired Daily. I've owned three Ford vehicles. My first was a 2008 Expedition, purchased through military sales while stationed in Korea--zero issues. It gave me confidence in the brand. But everything went downhill from there. My second Ford was a 2015 F-150 Platinum. While driving on cruise control back to Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, the truck suddenly slammed on the brakes--as if something were in the road. There wasn't. It scared the hell out of me. When I took it to a Ford dealer in San Antonio, I was told that the recall for this issue had "already been completed," and they refused to fix it. I traded that truck in as-is for a Chevy and moved on. Unfortunately, my next mistake was buying a used 2017 F-150 Limited from Patriot Auto Group in Chandler, Oklahoma. Let me be clear: do not buy a used vehicle from them. Either they knowingly sold me a flood-damaged vehicle, or they were too careless to realize what they had. I thought I was getting a good deal. I was wrong. The truck's driver-side running board wouldn't function properly--it took eight weeks and a call to one of the owners just to get aftermarket replacements installed. Then the real nightmare began. While driving, all the electronic systems--warning lights, headlights, turn signals, radio--would flash erratically. The horn quit working. The engine would randomly shut off while I was on the road. All I could do was coast to a stop and pray it was somewhere safe. I took the truck to Bill Knight Ford. They charged me over $4,000 to fix it. They claimed some kind of leak had caused electrical damage. After two and a half weeks, the exact same issue returned. When I brought it back, I was told it would cost another $11,000 to fix it. When I questioned how I'd already paid them to fix this exact problem, they said they'd "discount the $11,000 by what I'd already paid." That's not a discount--that's charging twice for one repair. I contacted Progressive to file a claim. They told me the truck wasn't covered because I bought my policy in Texas and the repairs were in Oklahoma. They also casually mentioned that the windshield had been replaced--a clue that there was prior damage not disclosed to me. I still have the truck, and I fully intend to sell it as is, just like I did with the 2015 Platinum. And if someone ends up getting injured due to this vehicle's faults, I'll sleep just fine. I have documentation showing I tried to fix it and that Ford failed me at every turn. Bottom line: Ford, your trucks aren't just unreliable--they're dangerous. You lost a loyal customer. And to Patriot Auto and Bill Knight Ford: shame on you for your dishonesty and failure to stand behind your work. This F-150 may be Found On Road Dead, but this time, it won't be my problem.

I purchased a new Hyundai vehicle a few days ago and felt good about my transaction and was particularly impressed by two of the younger guys (Ean and James) and their knowledge of the Santa Cruz, a new model, and their patience in explaining the various features to this old coot. I'm surprised by the number of negative reviews of this dealership on Yelp. Well, it's usually the unhappy people that give reviews and those of us who are happy rarely review. I chose to review in order to mention the two younger guys who were so very helpful in acquainting me with my new vehicle. Why didn't I give 5 stars? The Coke machine was out of all soda offerings. I was given a bottled water which was appreciated. I know an outside party is responsible for the Coke machine, but the inside party should demand better service from the outside party. I'll update later when I've had an experience with the Parts and Service Departments.

Each new manager arrives believing they can completely reinvent the dealership and transform it into a larger city-style operation, only to discover that the dealership already has a well-established reputation within the community--and not necessarily a positive one. In my opinion, meaningful change will not happen until the company takes a hard look at its culture, ethics, and leadership practices from the ground up. The dealership continues to struggle with inconsistent management, favoritism, and poor treatment of employees. I've witnessed situations where strong performers were let go despite producing results, while other employees were held to entirely different standards. Dedicated employees who consistently showed up and did their jobs were often scrutinized over minor issues, while others received preferential treatment. In one case, an employee lost his job despite showing up and working, seemingly because management needed someone to blame. When decisions like these impact people's livelihoods, it affects far more than just the workplace. My hope is that leadership eventually recognizes the damage these practices cause and makes the changes necessary to create a fair, ethical, and professional environment for both employees and customers.
