Here is what happened, I requested a toilet reset due to there is some smell in my restroom. They said they could do it and made the reservation from 9 to 10. Firstly the plumber arrived around my area around 11. and after the plumber checked my toilet model about 15 min, he said he could not do that since he does not know how to do it, what he could only do is to put silicone around the toilet to do the caulking, and this could be a cheaper price since he actually did not do anything (that's exactly what he said to me). I agreed with to do that because I don't want make him already came over and spent time and being paid nothing. However, after made a call, he said the manager did not agree to charge a cheaper price, so he charged the same price as 249 for me. So I paid 249 for some one come to do a silicon caulking which I could totally do my self and did nothing about plumbing or check any pipe. And after this, they sent out follow up email about survey to ask about the service, I said I am not satisfied and they asked me about what happened, and never reply after I told them what happened. read more

Nate showed up on time, was not rushed, very professional and respectful of our house. We needed to replace our old hot water heater as it was approaching end of life. Nate installed our new hot water heater within a few hours after arriving at our house. The installation looks nice and neat in the utility area, like it had always been there. While there, he noticed that something dealing with the heating system pressure tank needed to be replaced and he did that as well and for a reasonable price. I called them to unclog the tub/shower drain. Jahz was very professional and capable. He arrived on time and fixed the draining problem quickly. I would have given them a 5-star if the cost was reasonable. For a simple drain cleaning, they charged me a whopping $249 for 10 minutes work! Somewhere between $100-$150 would have been a lot more reasonable and in-line with a normal plumber changes for this job. I know I wouldn't use them next time. read more

Great plumbers. I first used them for a no heat call and they came out on a weekend even though I wasn't an "existing customer." Then I used them for a dishwasher install and a drain issue.
