    I just bought a new Lincoln Aviator... my 3rd vehicle from them .... Sasha my salesman gave me 5 star service ... overall a very positive experience from sales, finance,, service and parts dept .....I totally recommend Johnson Bros if you're in the market John

    Sasha was amazing. Went above and beyond all expectations! Terry the finance guy also was amazing! I can not say enough how happy I am. Both of these gentleman have made everything and more happen for us! Never thought I would be able to drive away in a BRAND NEW vehicle ever! They both made it happen!

    Bought at 2024 expedition max yesterday, easiest most smooth process buying a car thanks to Michael Teague! We had a wonderful experience and I 100% recommend going to see him for a new car!!

As always, McKenzie and all the others were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Communications are excellent as always, with phone calls and text messages keeping you informed.

    Went into this dealership looking for a specific vehicle we had already seen a few days earlier…read more Unfortunately it sold before we came back, which was completely understandable and not an issue. What became the issue was everything that happened afterward. The dealership assured us it would be "super easy" to locate the exact vehicle we wanted and had us move forward with a credit application based on numbers they quoted us at around a $900/month payment. We trusted what we were being told and allowed them to run our credit. For the next two weeks, we were repeatedly told they were searching for the vehicle and gave the impression everything was progressing normally. Then suddenly we were told the vehicle would actually need to be custom ordered from Toyota because it supposedly wasn't easy to get after all. On top of that, the original payment numbers they wrote up were somehow "completely wrong," and the actual payment would now be around $1,400/month -- a massive difference that should never happen if the numbers were calculated honestly and professionally from the start. So after weeks of wasted time, multiple misleading statements, and an unnecessary hit to our credit, we ended up with no vehicle and zero accountability from the dealership. Extremely disappointing experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

IS THE BEST CAR EVER!!!! It's not glamorous, but IT RUNS and HAS NEVER STALLED...Going on 3 months now.. Spent next to nothing to keep it running.!!!! What a hidden GEM.!!! (I've had cars that cost 4-5 times that much and that little Sebring has them all beat!!!) That car has made my life so much easier and the price was just right!! The process of buying a car here is easy and effortless. I am a repeat customer and am always looking for a good deal in town and close by so that I can fix it up and enjoy it. *READ IMPORTANT: When you buy a car here, don't go thinking that the car runs exactly like it did when it came off the showroom. I see a lot these misleading reviews from people who don't know how to buy a USED CAR. My advice, if you don't have extra money to fix the USED CAR, DON'T buy it. NO REFUNDS UNLESS STATED IN WRITING. Know this, MOST USED CARS are addressed as "SOLD AS IS". This is a used car dealership and when you buy a used car, sometimes it takes some TLC to have it running the way you need it to and some parts need to be replaced but they have a UNIQUE selection of vehicles that deserve the attention and love that will keep them on the road for years to come. When you show up here, have some knowledge of cars and be open-minded and realistic about what you are looking for and willing to fix up. 5-star customer service and knowledge, and passion for the automotive industry.!!! Seems like they take in junk, temporarily fix it then put it out for the public to buy. Every month I call to pay the bill the customer service is great.

    I am filing this review because I believe Mac Haik has failed to stand behind the vehicle they sold…read moreme and has provided little assistance in resolving ongoing mechanical issues despite my purchase of an extended warranty. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry on November 28, 2025. Since then, I have experienced multiple repairs, unexpected expenses, and extended periods without my vehicle. On February 23, 2026, the battery and ABS warning lights came on, the steering became difficult to operate, and the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership. Mac Haik diagnosed a failed alternator and belt. Even with an extended warranty, I paid $318.33 out of pocket. On May 12, 2026, I returned because the A/C was not blowing cold air while idling. The dealership found the system low on refrigerant, replaced a leaking Schrader valve, recharged the system, and later determined the flow sensor in the A/C compressor was not actuating properly. I paid another $343.68 for this repair. Unfortunately, the A/C issue was not resolved. I have since been told that additional repairs are needed, but those repairs are not covered under my extended warranty. I now am expected to pay more than $200 out of pocket. My vehicle has also been at the dealership since June 3, 2026, for over a month. During that time, I contacted both the service and sales departments for assistance with a loaner vehicle, but neither was even pretended to help with that request. I expected more support resolving these concerns. I have lost confidence in both the dealership and the value of the warranty I purchased.
