The photos on the site show gorgeous restored vehicles that look brand new. Only problem, they have the photos but not the vehicles and the photos were copied off of another dealer's website. in addition I checked them out with the Texas state Dept. that issues dealer's licenses and they have no current license to sell cars and trucks. All this info. was verified. The photos were stolen from a reputable dealer's website who sells high end vehicles that are priced much higher than this fake business. They are hoping to rip off out of town people by requesting down payments and promising low interest financing. In addition they promised free shipping and other incentives. What a shame that people do this kind of crime in an attempt to scam unsuspecting classic vehicle enthusiast.

He did not offer to even have someone look at it, despite the fact that their person recommended I come in. He literally blew me off! I was planning on looking at a new Outback while I waited for them to check out the radio. I drove home and contacted a business to check out the radio, low and behold the radio was disconnected and radios don't disconnect by themselves. I am retired military and I did not appreciate the service at Cleo Bay Subaru. Listening to the customer is not their strong suit. They may have lost a customer as well as a sale of a 2020 Outback.

I have owned the same vehicle for 5 years, it had tinted windows when I purchased it. I have never been pulled over for the windows. It has always passed inspection with no problem. This guy tells me I have to remove my tint and replace wiper blades that were replaced 6 months ago. If I was the owner of this place there is no way I would have a guy like this representing my business. He is a miserable human being that takes out his frustrations on paying customers. I guess he thought I was a gullible female that was gonna pay him to remove my tint and change wiper blades. I don't think it's a good idea for repair shops to be inspection stations as well. They use the service as a way to get more business for themselves by fabricating issues that are BS in hopes of making more money. Worst experience ever.
