Every time we bring it in for any kind of service they are prompt, professional, and priced right. And, they offer a wash and vacuum with every service (of a Lincoln). The service advisors are efficient, and never try to oversell you, but are instructive in every way. No, I am not related, and Megan is not a member of our family, but with her knowledge, we'd consider adopting her if she wanted. LOL. I have always had my oil changed and tires rotated at this establishment since I purchased my F150. The last two visits have been very disappointing. Three months ago they damaged my door and I didn't noticed till I returned home. They fixed it but no one would claim responsibility. Today's visit was going well until I noticed that my just detailed truck had water spots and streaks all over it. Apparently they run it through a car wash when finished servicing it but park it in the sun without drying it. I was in a hurry to get home and didn't notice till I was on the road. I called to complain but was told to return to have it fixed. This is twice now that I have had to make multiple trips after an oil change. I declined the offer and had it cleaned some place closer at my expense. I will not be returning for future services. I ask everyone to please take the time to look your vehicle over after having it serviced at this dealership, no one should make multiple trips back for a simple service due to negligence. read more

Received an extended warranty notice in the mail about a faulty locking actuator which I have been experiencing myself. Decided to call and schedule an appointment a week in advance at this Ford due to decent ratings. Explained everything to the technician I spoke to online and they understood right away and got me scheduled. Took time off of work today for my wife and I to drive 2 vehicles here to drop off the truck and spoke with the technician David. Didn't look up my appointment notes or anything as he was asking me basic questions (why I'm here etc) he then asks if I am having problems with it as it is just an extended warranty and not a recall. After talking further he says that the recall technician is not here today and they can't help me and I will have to reschedule. First why does a recall technician have to be there to perform warranty service? And why did someone schedule me when this technician was going to be out. David said he called in sick which is understandable but from a business and management perspective when that happens you call all of the appointments that apply to that technician and notify them so they don't have to waste time and gas to drive there for nothing. Terrible service and a complete waste of time. I love Ford but will never deal with this dealership again. read more

12/31/2019 TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!! 2nd time Johnson Brothers Ford.Service department has not even cared about issues with my truck. JBF has great Parts Department, Quick Lane service and sales rep. For me their service department Has NEVER provided me any service. I went at about 3:15 pm on New Years Eve with a "Cross Traffic Sensor Fault", "Blind Side Warning" fault and then"Tire Pressure Warning" would come on. When these warnings came on, all electronics controlled on the dash or on the door quite working. I had basic functions. Took it to Johnson Brothers Ford Service The service rep I was sent to ask me what was wrong, I explained the issues. His first response was "boy lot of electrical issues going on" and then are you going to leave my truck there", I explained I was from Waco and uncertain how I would get home. Then he stated "he had 10 claims to file and was uncertain anyone could get to my truck". Reluctantly he went somewhere to check, came back a few minutes later stating "everyone was on large jobs and he had one in front of me so no one could look at my truck". The service rep wasn't even interested in making sure I had a safe vehicle to drive. His sole concern was getting the paper work done he had on his desk. The sales side was great working with Ken. However the service side is not sitting well with me right now. I got the car back a few days ago from a "$40" oil change that was then numbed to nearly $90. Then I started having a issue right after service and informed the maintenance person named Juan and he told me they would not even look at it without being paid $90 for a service fee. That's complete bull after I just took it in for service and the issue only came up after the service was done. I would not trust the service department at this time due to their rude nature and shady service. Thankfully there are a few service centers around the area so this is far from the last place around. The most ridiculous service from the quick lane this week. We have had a tire there since Monday that was supposed to be taken care of by the extra tire coverage we bought with the car. As soon as I took the tire in, Marcus said, "I doubt the warranty will cover it." At that moment I was disappointed already. Fast forward to Wednesday where I was told to call the warranty myself who then denied coverage of the tire because I didn't know what I hit to cause the blowout on I35. I then reached out to Johnson Bros about the situation. Friday evening finally came and Eddie Young got the tire approved to be covered. Saturday morning we go to get the tire and wait about an hour and the tire is still sitting on the ground. We ask about the tire and Dan tells us he doesn't know anything about the tire and don't worry about it because we are in line.My husband then walks to talk to Eddie to see what is going on and walks back to service where the situation escalates. My husband demands the tire so we can leave and Dan was very unprofessional and bowed out his chest to my husband. We then got the tire and rim and are taking it to discount tire to have it mounted. Thisnisn't the first time we were treated this was there. It has been the most ridiculous week driving on a spare and dealing with Johnson Brothers. Because I have a F250 and want it services by the OEM, I am a repeat customer. Unfortunately I am routinely disappointed by the quality of the service, and my latest service is just the expected normal. During the last multiple point inspection / service the technician tore half of the old oil change sticker and placed the new sticker next to the old sticker. It is a little thing, but paints the perfect picture of disappointment after spending $450 for a service. I have had my F450 serviced here twice in the past 3 months and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire staff. I had new tires put on and lost a rear center wheel cover. I didn't know why so I went back to the dealer and asked that my rear tires be checked for balancing. When I explained the situation I not only had the tires looked at but the Service Manager ordered a replacement wheel cover ($180) on the off chance that it wasn't securely put on by the mechanic. When in the area I'll look no further than Johnson Brothers for service and when it's time to replace my vehicle I'll certainly give them the opportunity for that business as well. read more

Great service! Scott really assisted me in getting my Lincoln Navigator worked on. I got the full Lincoln experience; they picked-up my vehicle from my home, dropped off a loaner, and when the vehicle was serviced, they dropped off my vehicle at my home and picked up the loaner, also a Lincoln. They quickly assisted me when I called and even returned my phone calls. The truth was, my expectations were really low, as I have dealt with dealers before. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! We spent more $$ to buy from a local dealer hoping to have better service. We were very wrong! Bought a brand new F150 that we found to have paint defects - bubbles & debris under the paint. 45 days, 3 paint jobs, & a new headliner later we FINALLY have our truck back & it's STILL NOT RIGHT!! Let's start from the beginning, sales woman, Tina, was great, after the sale was final it all went to hell! The 1st paint job the clear coat was literally globbed on with runs all over the truck & rather than fixing ALL the defects they tried only fixing the specific ones we pointed out, the 2nd paint job there was BLACK overspray all over our WHITE truck, & they left the truck out in the rain while the back window was out so the headliner & seats got nice & soaked, oh, & they gouged clear through to the metal when they took the window out & tried "fixing it" with touch-up paint, the 3rd paint job we had overspray all over the inside of the truck, on the windshield wipers, on the black trim, & the windows. Each of these times they tried to return our truck to us as if they had completed the repairs, water stained interior, overspray & all!! Each time without walking around the truck, or checking the completeness or the quality of the repairs before calling the customer to come get their vehicle. Less than 1 star. I first took my f150 in to have a pcm programed. Cindy in service checked me in. Soon I was told that my pcm would not program and they would need to order another at the cost of $700. This part came from O'Reilly's and I had bought it previously for $350. I did not hear from her for a week. I finally called her and was told that the part did not work and she has ordered another. she also had turned in my 1st pcm as a core w/o my permission so I could not get my money back. From that point I have picked up and towed this truck back 7 times. Each time I receive a recept saying work complete. And then return the next day. No loaner offered, no ride home. 2 months later Steve Mathson ( sevice director )called me to tell me that I should just cut my losses by returning my part and trading my truck in. I said that is not my part and if i take it back they will give me $350. but I paid Johnson Bros. $700. He did not believe that at 1st until he checked the paperwork. He call me back and stated that a vehicle had just been totaled and that they would get that part (salvage part )and he would call me when completed. I had the truck towed into the air condition shop for a compressor, once running the pcm light is back on. Scott Mathson has not returned my request for a call / meeting about the price I paid for a NEW pcm and ended up with a salvage pcm, and the fact that I paid over $1000. for the repair that is still NOT complete. Also the sales dept. offered me $1000. as a trade in, which is less than what I paid for my truck not to be repaired. They keep saying due to high mileage but it is a 2004 Lariat and has less than 160,000 miles. They talk like that is all the truck has in it,but, I still see older fords on the road. Everything from BMWs to Range Rovers to Hondas and in all my purchases, I have never received the great customer care I received from TAVA HAMILTON. When I first talked to TAVA, I was rocking between a FORD 150 King Ranch and the Raptor. I am so happy he sang the praises of the RAPTOR!!! It is an incredible vehicle. When my boyfriend and I picked up the truck, TAVA went over every aspect of the vehicle, which I have never had done in previous buys.
