His vehicle was acting up on his way back home from out of state, so he took it to a car dealership nearby, they checked it out and showed him the damage. fast forward a day or two and whole lot of back and forth my Father in law needed the insurance phone number of this company and the receptionist was being quite rude and condescending the whole time, even going so far as to say "Well the Car Dealerships are all Liars, you shouldn't trust them" , not to mention Racist with a remark of "Well In My Country" (since my Father in Law doesn't speak English and is Chinese, he had my Husband call for him.) we were stunned that she would pull that, then at the end of the call "We'll I'm sick of dealing with Y'all" My Father in law called my Husband after that exchange (he was over there at the service center in front of the receptionist) and in the Background all we hear is her, Bad Mouthing is saying "Those idiots should just go back to their own country!!!" And we are still no where near resolving the issue. That's the first time I've experienced that level of racism. And we are still Shocked.

He said it would difficult and risky to move the car so he could tow it, so instead he change the tire for me really quick. His arrival was fast and he changed the tire in like 10 minutes. I don't think I've ever been surprised by the quality of customer service from a tow truck company. I can't say that any more. Well done.
