"I didn't sign for them, my delivery man didn't sign for them.. where the cuss were these shoes? And, what the hell do you mean, there's nothing you can do about them? Don't you have insurance?" The last star went away in my eyes when she left the phone to talk to a supervisor who told her that they could take things up with UPS and POSSIBLY get me a fraction of my money back.
