The entire time, they constantly whined about how "busy" they were, completely ignoring that I work full-time and go to school. My time didn't matter to them at all.Even after taking my money, they are still "too busy" to send me important information or follow up. Yet, they had plenty of time to gaslight me about a broken seatbelt I found on the drive home, claiming it was "fixed."They are also lying about not having the other key, which the original owner handed directly to them. They treat paying customers like a major inconvenience. Rude, dismissive, and sketchy. Avoid this place. Generally bizarre, low brow behavior. Gross Added! Toyota across the street has been great to me in dealing with all the problems classic Honda of Midland wouldn't help me with after fucking selling me a car. I asked them if they would look at the seatbelt Honda lied to me about fixing and it was still broken. They fixed it for free in like five minutes no problem... classic Honda, however, proceeded to tell me it wasn't their problem. They didn't see the big deal about it. It was fine when I picked it up..... no the hell it wasn't first of all, and that it was as is, blah blah blah blah blah. Generally really shitty attitude towards your customers, dude. Gross. Classic Honda told me IF they did look at it IT WOULD BE LIKE WEEKS OUT, ETC. ETC. ETC., and still dismissing the issue, making it out to be so minor and stupid. Toyota across the street fixed it for free in 20min no problem. Go there! With the added bonus of they could not get their shit together on verifying my income and getting the proper documents into the credit union they were zero communication. It's just been a real shit show with these people. I would go back and not do business with them if I could.

We were greeted with in a minute by a kind young man named Jalen Trujillo. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to sit down and talk numbers. They gave us a great deal on our trade and on the new vehicle. Yep, we are new car owners. This was the easiest and best car experience that we've ever had. Thanks Jalen and staff for everything. We will definitely be back.

I needed a pre-owned car and went to their lot. Their salesman, Angel, convinced me to get a 2018 Buick Encore. This car was supposedly certified through their service team. I had the car 3 days, and the check engine light came on. Took it into the service dept and they told me they couldn't help me because it had gone off. Came on again and they put it in the shop for 6 weeks. Didn't fix it because when I finally got it back, I went to Midland and while driving back the transmission started to act up. Put it back in the shop and now they want to charge me 9000.00 for a new transmission. I paid for this car on 3/19/2026 and have had it for a week out of that time frame. They took advantage of me. I will never buy a car from these people again and would not tell my worst enemy to buy one from them.

But, to…read moreknow what I mean when I say he does it with STYLE, you have to deal with the typical Odessa/Midland level of poor customer service and disconnect from "passionate about your job" on a daily basis, which I think we ALL do! First, about Santiago.. a week prior to my face-to-face meeting with him, I told him I was honestly in the middle of several things that needed my immediate attention a lot more than talking to him about buying a vehicle. He texted me a pic of his business card and left me alone. Once things slowed down for me the next week, I contacted him. We texted for 2 days about car/credit stuff. Then, we met at the dealership and it still wasn't smooth-sailing on my part. We weren't EXACTLY sure of the car.. Test drove several. We weren't thrilled with the trade-in offer..several attempts were made to make it just right. We weren't sure we could even afford the increase in payment..we were given ample time to think and talk it out. Santiago never once showed impatience. He spent countless hours with us and probably thought several times that he still wasn't going to make a sale. If he did think that, he never treated us badly because of it. There are 3 kinds of salesmen in the business.. The FAKE kind that you can spot a mile away and just want to run from. The kind that just, quite honestly, SUCK at their job because they weren't meant to do it so they have no passion for it. Then there's the third kind, Santiago.. GENUINELY nice, funny, diligent, comfortable to be around, and knowledgeable. He even offered to help in the future with bringing my vehicle in for oil changes if I needed it, or to just contact him with ANY problem, and he convinced me that he meant it! Everyone's experience anywhere differs from someone else's. But, to give a business 1 star when there are so many moving parts to ANY business just isn't fair, unless every single aspect of it failed. Just like when we go out to eat.. The waiter/waitress starts at 25% in our mind. It's up to them to maintain that percentage throughout our dining experience. If the kitchen didn't cook our steak properly, that's not the server's fault.. That's the kitchen! I had my 2020 CX-5 serviced here. I previously purchased it in Fresno CA and I had it service once…read moreat a place in New Mexico and then when I called back for another appointment they never called me back. I was able to get an appointment and even though I had to reach twice, they were super helpful and kind about having to change it. I was offered a courtesy vehicle that was near identical to my own, just a different model type. That was not the case in California or New Mexico Mazda dealership/service center. It was nice because I was able to go get food and I was three hours from home and I don't know anyone in Texas, and I didn't have to stay at the dealership all day. When I came back and wanted to look at a vehicle they got me in touch with someone to go show me some of their models and they were honest and helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for but they did say that they would keep an eye out and let me know when they would get more in. My tire has a nail in it and they let me know to patch it. My key fob had gone through the wash twice and wasn't responding using the buttons. They replaced the battery for free when Fresno Mazda charged for it. Brakes cleaned and checked out (under warranty), I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and my filters replaced. The only thing that was missed was the quote for the dent on the side of my car from someone's door hitting my back passenger side. Keegan Poole was the service Advisor that helped me multiple times. He suggested Patrick Paton for the dent repair since they weren't able to get to it. Vincent was the other service and parts gentleman that I worked with and he helped me get in touch with Hui Huang who showed me the CX-9's and told me about CX-90s that are coming out. Only thing I would change is in California they washed the outside of the vehicle before bringing it back, but I hear there's a shortage of people who want to do that job and it may not be extended to everywhere. I would prefer the courtesy vehicle over a car wash. I also need to get my car alignment done since it's now pulling to the left. But overall, Well worth the 3 hour drive because the service was so much better than the other Mazda dealerships I have been to.

I'm searching for another place to get my BMW oil changed because right now because I don't trust this dealership or services department to do things honest or right.
