I don't leave a lot of reviews for many places but felt compelled to do so today. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised at the service and quality of this salon. I am so happy with the pricing and outcome of both of my fills I've had here so far. It was quiet and clean and they listened to my requests not to make them too thick and I loved the colors. Not happy! Work is very sloppy. When I went in for a fill Tina DID NOT address my requests to address my cuticles. So she just filled OVER THEM! Worst Gel Pedicure. Messy!!! read more

Absolutely amazing service! My family and I went. We did 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. The nail tech managed to do all that so so fast with it. She took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. We all loved how our nails turned out. She gave us massages it felt like a mini spa. It was very quiet in there, super peaceful. read more

Terrible! Watch out for the owner named 'Tweety'...she talks trash about EVERYONE!! She is so very nice to your face but then talks bad about you to other clients, what a nasty person. She is a gossip and extremely unprofessional. I stopped going to her after being a customer for years, I couldn't take it. PLUS, if you book an appointment and come in when you're supposed to, she will tell you that you made the mistake, because there is no appt in the book, such an absolute lie. And Gina (her niece) does a sh#tty job at pedicures, she will hurt you! Stay away from this place!!! read more

Came here for last minute appointment and they took care of me. Beautiful place with kind service. My favorite part is that they took there time and made sure every part of my nail was perfect. I had a broken nail and wanted clear nails and thought it wasn't possible but they were able to cover it with a flower design! Only bad thing why I didn't give it 5 stars is that they don't accept card only cash so I had to drive back to the bank and get money out, not my favorite. The liquor stores atm was broken so I had to bust a mission. Other then that super happy with my nails! read more

I recently went there last Friday and let me tell you ladies out there...THE WORST MANI PEDI I'VE EVER GOTTEN IN MY 15 YRS OF GETTING MY NAILS DONE! The ladies were very nice and sociable, but a lil too much. To the point where the lady (don't know her name, but she was the older gal there). Top of the list: THEY USED DIRTY UNSTERILIZED UTENSILS ON ME. They were not autoclaved. The health sept and OSHA need to be called on this place immediately! The woman dropped the cuticle cutter on the floor a few times. First: burned my toe nail with the dremal, because apparently filing or buffing my nails was too much of a job. Second: didn't clean under my nails at all or cut them or even clip the excess skin around. Third: very sloppy painted my toes and then cleaned up the extra nail polish with acetone. That's just the pedi. The mani pretty much the same thing: but also didn't soak my nails, cut them, file them, and definitely did not cut the excess skin or around and left my cuticles! Used the most appalling unscented lotion Ive ever encountered in my life. Once again very sloppy paint job and cleaned up with acetone. Only some of my nails got a coat of clear. THEY USED DIRTY TOOLS. They were NOT autoclaved (sterilized). They need to always come out of a clean package proving they were autoclaved. The health dept and OSHA need to be called on this place immediately! They do not take credit cards, which now a days is pretty much a Must! I had to go downstairs to the cigar store and use the ATM. Which charged me twice for $20 withdrawal. Well the final conclusion to this upsetting story is my nails looked HORRID and THEY CHIPPED AND PEELED OFF THAT NIGHT!!! I have never written a review about any place I've ever been to before, but this one took the cake! I will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. And advise others as well. As ladies, especially myself being a single mom of two, we all deserve once in a blue moon and good ol pampering, well this was a slap in the face pampering. I will go somewhere else. Hopefully my experience doesn't happen to others, but if it does... I've given my experience and warning... read more

Just happen to be driving by. Surprised to see an open sign so early in the morning. Called before I arrived. Gina attended me right away. Walked in just wanting a manicure. Because of the price, I couldn't resist a gel manicure. I will definitely be back again when I am in town. read more

been going a few times....now I have decided not to go anymore....because.... I have been observing their cleanliness practices and I have become dubious about them following health laws such as always having clean implements. I have a feeling if the inspector would drop by unannounced they would have a "problem situation"...... that's (sterilized tools) the most important part of running a nail salon....there are MORE "turn offs" ...but....enough said???? read more

extremely disappointed in all honesty if i could give it a half star I would i really hate leaving bad reviews but this was by far one of the worst places I've ever got my nails done at. I went in on my birthday earlier this month I wanted a full set of acrylics I'm very specific on what I want so I said I just want regular pink she showed a pretty pink sparkle one I though perfect she started doing my nails and once she got to the powder part she did the dip method she was being really nice and even tho I asked for regular acrylic I let her continue doing it that way big mistake my nails literally started breaking off one by one within the first couple of hours of having them done this had never happened to be before I was in shock but I had no time to go back in to ask for a refund or at least a new set I was very disappointed and won't be returning anymore I'll make sure to not refer my friends there either read more

I always drove down to LA to do my nails but I decided to stay around my area and I happen to drive by Corbin and saw this small nail shop open on the 2nd floor. There was only one customer inside so I wasn't sure what think of that . Gina was kind and respectful and she did such a great job doing my nails. This is definitely my new spot. I went here today because my husband was next door getting a massage and I thought 'what the hell, why not?". When I walked I saw one of the 2 ladies asleep and the other just focused on the TV. I was quickly greeted and sat down at a spa pedicure seat. Both ladies were very nice but never introduced themselves. While one did my pedicure the other sat there playing on her phone bursting out loudly at the TV. They could've gotten me done in half the time if both of them were working on me doing both manicure and pedicure but instead decided to take turns. Then it came time my manicure, I whisked to another seat before my toes had time to dry and then was worked on by second lady that spent the entire time talking loudly to someone on speakerphone. Completely ignoring me. When she was done she just got up and sat at a different seat back on her phone. No fan on my fingers and no help getting my shoes on or my wallet out. When it came time pay they then sprung the fact that they are cash only and was told I had to go downstairs to ATM. After all that my nails were ruined and they acted like they didn't understand me so they didn't fix them. Never going back here. read more

It was New Years Eve and I had never stepped foot inside Joli Nails before in my life. However I called and spoke to tweedy and asked if she could do my nails( after just wasting 2 hours at a previous nail shop, I didn't have any more time to waste) she listened to me very attentive and encouraged me to come in and she would take care of me.. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was smiling. The service tweedy and Gina provided was amazing they sat me down without any issues they did exactly what I wanted and Gina even found the exact color I wanted!! I walked in not sure what to expect and not in the best mood, but they turned my mood all the way around... By the time I left there I almost felt like family. I will definitely go back there!!
