Love this nail salon! The title says Encore but since I have been coming here over a year now before the pandemic I have only known it as Paula's Nails Salon. It had a new remodel, fresh paint, new decor and Paula is the new owner with great taste she is a nice lady! The place is managed by Paula, Jonathan, and Ben and the staff has always been amazing. I am very detailed and love clean natural well done nails. Jenny has now taken over my nails since Jonathan is managing the location they both do great work. Jenny is precise, clean and a very well rounded technician my nails are natural and I like to keep them a very classy. The place is clean and always great welcoming happy staff. The place is well lit, chic and inviting, you can either watch music videos in the TVs surrounding the walls or you can take a nap or put your ear phones on and zen out. I have had my share of pedicures here and the technician that I recommended at the moment is Steven he has great energy he does not say much but is very polite and his hands are soft and gentle he makes you feel relaxed. I recommend getting a 10min extra massage with Steven his amazing at pedicures! Overall this has been my place for nails and pedicure. Following Jonathan the perfect technician! Even though his busy I am glad Jenny is back to take over my nails can not imagine my life without great work from this two nail technicians! I recommend this place you will find a Technician you love and if you don't like the results they will go ahead and fix it for you making there customer happy. I love Encore Nail Lounge. I feel very lucky that it's my neighborhood nail salon. Now, I have to say that I have tried a few different places because I drive all over the place for work and social reasons, but I have never been disappointed by Encore. Another thing that I love is that I have never made an appointment, but I am always greeted warmly and helped almost immediately, even when the place is packed. The owner, Danny always remembers my name and welcomes me inside. The place is always clean, and the tools come sterilized in a sealed packet. The chairs are so comfortable that I sometimes partially fall asleep while getting my mani/pedi. There is always a choice of a variety of drinks offered, including water, pineapple juice, V-8, sodas, along with napkins and little straws. I've had just about every nail technician there, and I love them all. I am so thankful to call this my neighborhood nail salon, and I highly recommend them! read more

Five stars for John and Vivian! They both do such excellent work and really make you feel like family. They are the only two people I would ever allow to do my nails. I always get acrylics with gel and they both take their time to make sure my nails look perfect. They last long and never lift, and they offer great color suggestions. In addition, the rest of the staff in this location are very friendly and attentive. I'm in and out fast and they make everything so easy and welcoming. Not to mention the facility is very clean. First time here and will never come back to this salon. Staff seemed nice they have a person greeting you and offering drinks however their nail technician that "fixed" my broken nail left more to be desired. When I told him the nail he repair was crooked he tried to extend it using just powder and it didn't work. He was not able to shape my nail into a coffin shape like the rest of my set either he left it more rounded. I left without it even getting painted because of how unsatisfied I was with the shape of my nail. Only reason I came here instead of my regular nail salon was because it was across the street from my home and I need it to be fixed quick as I had an engagement later that evening. Horrible mistake will never come back to this salon. read more

I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I came in today after my spin class and just before 7pm which is their closing time, and they still opted to see me! They didn't turn me away! I'm so thankful. Hanna and Danny were literally my saving grace today. My feet needed major (and I mean MAJOR) help after taking a brutal beating with some horrible hiking shoes and Hanna and Danny actually got my feet to go from looking like something straight out of a horror movie to looking pretty again!!! Geez! They're literally miracle workers! This is my 4th time here and I am honestly very impressed with the attention to detail that the technicians have and with the quality of the work that they do. I just discovered this place when I saw it after my massage next door. What a find! It was an amazing pedicure and the whole salon was so clean, which is a must with any place I get my nails done. Everything was in sterilization bags before use and they use the plastic liners in the tub. My massage chair was clean and in working order and I was offered a drink during my service. My technician for the pedicure was Kim and she is FANTASTIC! Really great and thorough. I would highly suggest this nail salon to anyone in the area. read more

What a disappointment with all the stellar reviews. I had picked this location out of convenience to try for the first time. Went as a walk in but they were busy for two services so we made an appt for a half hour later. Arrived on time but still wasn't seen until a half hour later. No one offered us a beverage even though the reviews said it was provided. So I pick my color and patiently wait for my lady. My sister wasn't having a good experience because I kept hearing her say ouch, which she said they were being too rough. Then as one of the benefits of a spa treatment, it says that you get a 5 minute massage. I didn't see her take a timer out so I checked. Not even two minutes for a massage. Very disappointed. They turned down two walk ins and low staff even for a random Tuesday morning. I saw a regular get the best customer service and with a small business trying to get new clientele, I felt that the service and overall vibe of this place was less than exceptional. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. I'll find one somewhere else and not at Encore Update 6/21 Thank you Danny for commenting. But seeing that Encore Nails staff had plenty of opportunity to correct the bad experience (tardiness with appts, roughness on customers, denying walk ins when the sign says they are welcomed, not providing full service written on the menu, and responding to dissatisfied customers weeks later) you may want to work customer satisfaction and experience as well as hiring better staff. I was all for making this my go-to nail salon I because of my first experience in May 2019. I don't know if they are under new management or what but the services rendered are nothing compared to the prices. I got my toes done and nails done with gel. Ombré nails and white toes. The nails came out different lengths on my fingers, humps was with the acrylic (very noticeable) and not to mention I waited over an hour to get my nails done that I had made an appointment for. The only reason I waited was because I was actually getting my toes done (something I didn't make an appointment for) the only reason I'm giving 2 starts instead of 1 is because I went back 2 days later to show the owner her employees work and she fixed it. read more

I went here about a month ago to get a pedicure and the removal of my acrylics. This was my first time going to this salon and wanted to check this place out since it was close to work. Upon arriving, I noticed they didn't use plastic on their pedicure tubs. My usual spot always used disposal plastic and performed proper sanitation with their equipment including their pedicure tubs. I didn't see them use proper sanitation after someone leaves the chair and that worried me as I was getting my pedicure done. As I was getting my acrylic removed by a young lady there, she soaked my nails in acetone then proceeded with the removal by using the drill.. I've never had this done in the past so I don't know if this is the right process on removing the acrylic. Anyway, she repeated the process over & over again, slowly shaving down the acrylic until she got to my natural nail. That was the most unsettling pain I've ever experienced. I yelled that it hurt and she moved on to the next nail. Long story short, I had 3-4 nails that are brittle ever since and still in the process of growing it out so it is back to normal read more

I got my nails done today by Kim. She had a cold personality and did nothing I asked for. I chose two colors and asked for one nail to be sparkly as an accent nail and the rest navy blue. She painted all of my nails navy blue and then said thank you you're done. I asked about my accent nail and she gave me attitude saying you want me to do now? NO! I wanted you to do it while my manicure was going on! Also why would you even ask? I was frustrated about that so I got up and paid. I looked at my nails after they were out of the dryer and I saw she didn't paint my entire nail. She left a gap between my cuticle and the rest of the painted nail. I asked her to fix it and she threw a look at me. She also painted all of my nails with sparkles which ruined my manicure. I wish I got someone else there. My friend's experience was much better than mine. I also saw she got lazy on my cuticles and left them choppy. Ugh! read more

You can tell she definitely did not want to be there. They took me in five minutes and it took 20 minutes and $10 to remove. The atmosphere was not very welcoming. Ok pedicure. They were very nice but the quality of my pedicure was poor. The polish wasn't consistent and the nail clippers broke. Instead of just getting a new pair they tried to repair them. I was literally the only person in the salon at the time. So it's not like it would take away from someone else's services. It took 10-15 minutes and they still fell apart. Only then did she get another pair. She also nipped me with the cuticle cutters. Not for me. Maybe I went on an off day. read more

I actually go to another nail salon to get my fills, but the pedicures there suck. So I found encore nail lounge, and their pedicures are amazing! I am that devoted to my finding good service that I will go to different salons for my pampering. I love that encore offers different pedicure packages. Even with the basics spa pedicure $20, it still includes this mask cream that they put over your legs and feet and leave on, which tingles and feels amazing! They also do a hot lotion on you, and they actually massage you! Unlike other places where they are basically just wiping the lotion on you. I also like that they actually take their time with you. They aren't rushing and doing everything superfast and done in less than 30 minutes. Expect to be there for about an hour. Don't come here if you're in a rush. Come here if you want to be pampered and take your time. June is amazing with pedicures! She's my go to. I always like to make an appointment so I have June. I like doing the $30 pedicure package. It includes everything in the basic package, but it also includes a sea salt scrub which makes my legs and feet feel extra smooth and amazing! (you can also opt to choose a callous remover instead of the sea salt, but I don't have that problem so I go with the sea salt). This package also includes a longer massage on legs and feet which is amazing! June really gives me a nice massage! Also I always give June a really good tip. You got to be good to these ladies and they'll be good to you. They also offer you a beverage from a selection of about 4-5 options! I always like getting the pineapple juice. I've been to encore three times and only one out of three times was I not offered a beverage. I think it just depends who is working the front desk at the time. read more

First time at this nail shop, i was referred. While I can say the lady was very friendly and we chit chatted the entire time as if we picked up on a convo we started a week ago. Once the mani/pedi was complete she went into a different mode, her nice, friendly attitude and smile went out the window. It was as if I was a John and my time was up so the pretend friendly attitude had expired with my time I paid for haha. It was weird. I want to revisit to give it another try BUT I think I'm going to skip this place UNLESS I get the actual person who referred me nail lady. Especially looking at my nails, I could have done them. Maybe I'm picky but I sat in reg chairs with my feet in foot baths at nail shops that don't look as pretty but my nails came out really nice. This. I don't think she cared to gain me as a client. So I wont be. I also struggled with the massage chair and she didn't offer to help or anything so I just shut it off. So if I'm paying for this massage chair I expect a massage. Lastly, I was offered a small water, so this pinneapple juice or variety juice options others are speaking of, nope i didn't get those options. So overall for 30$ + tip I could have paid less to a less visually pleasing salon, brought my own water or drink and saved a few bucks and been more pleased with the result. read more

This was my first time at this nail salon. It is clean and friendly and loaded with spa chairs. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a beverage when I sat down. The service was friendly. However, with in a few minutes after leaving I noticed that my nail polish was very uneven. I was on my way to an event and did not have time for a repaint at the moment. My nails were done on a Friday evening and by Monday they are already chipping. This is not what I expect from a $30 gel manicure. The polish should last at least two weeks. I don't think I will be returning based on the quality of the manicure. read more

I love this place. I've been seeing Diana for a couple of years now and she's great. Takes her time, does a careful job and does a really nice foot massage too. Danny is the owner and he's funny but I don't recommend him for your nails, he's too distracted all the time, and sometimes he looks hung over. The chairs are the typical spa chairs, and they are in good repair, and comfortable. I've also gone to Loni when Diana was on vacation and she's so cool and nice. read more
