I really like this place. Their prices are more affordable than comparable places in the valley. For the most part; the tech do an amazing job on manís and pedis. You have to tell them specifically what you want for them to execute. But otherwise a hidden gem. The nail shop is located in a shopping center with a smoke shop and a dispensary. This attracts many transients. From time to time, there's drama going on outside but staff does a great job trying to maintain it safe. Parking can be a little tough but I have always been lucky and found a spot. read more

Cathy does a great job. Had my first set of Cat Eye nails done at this place and I absolutely loved it for the holidays. I have gotten many compliments, even from my partner, who does not usually say anything much about how pretty my nails are after I have them done! This place could be a little cleaner and more inviting to visit, but the excellence of their service makes all the other negative things forgivable. And the price is very reasonable. I asked the guy for french tip and he rudely said "no no" why am i not getting what im paying for? they only care about getting people in and out fast, all i asked for was french tip and got plain white, oh well. read more

I went to Elegance Nails to get an overlay and a pedicure and within one week, 3 of my nails had fallen off. After the first nail came off, I went back and the man who did my nails fixed it for me. Then two days later 2 more nails came off. It hasn't even been a whole week yet. The remaining nails are already starting to lift by my cuticles. I definitely would not recommend this place. The products that they use are not up to par and nobody has time to keep going back and forth to the get their nails corrected. read more

3/5 based solely on the environment. Service was friendly and fair! This a cheap chop shop. If you're looking for a quick, low cost service - it does get the job done. Paid $26 for a gel manicure which is MUCH cheaper than any gel manicures I've ever had so no complaints for pricing. But the space it's in is pretty unorganized and messy. The older woman who did my nails did a great job and was very sweet. Service was efficient and I didn't leave with any polish on my skin which is a plus! Tools are clearly not sanitized and I would recommend avoiding any cuticle trimming. Overall everything was pretty dirty (the tools, the lamps, desks, pedicure chairs, supplies, basically everything) but for the price you're paying it's on par. I wouldn't get a pedicure here due to cleanliness. I probably won't come back but if want a quick, cheap gel mani (and don't mind skipping any cuticle treatment) - this is your spot. read more

I needed an unexpected manicure and my shop was closed for vacation so I went to Elegance. I got a gel manicure. The woman doing my nails was very nice, however, that is the only nice thing I can say. My nails look fine, but I had to go back in because one nail needed to be touched up. The manager or owner was only concerned with getting people in and out as quickly as possible, but the main reason I would not return is that as I am sitting there looking around, it is so flithy. Every piece of equipment from the gel nail lamp, to the pedicure tub and foot rest and the stations were covered in dirt and grim. Needless to say I won't be going back. Wish I would have checked on Yelp first, but I was out and about and went to a shop close to me. Lesson learned. read more

This may be a "down and dirty" nail salon but I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Yes, if you're looking for frills this is not it but the service is friendly and the prices reasonable. You get what you pay for. Yes, it's cheap , but the work is not good. I asked for a regular manicure no gel. Tran duc left a lot of nail polish dripping on the side on my nails and she said she did not want to clean it, she said just to wash my hands and that it would come off. I would rather spend $10 more dollars somewhere else and have a really good manicure. I thought about coming back because the price is good but never again. Also, my nail polish is super wrinkly because she put such a large amount of polish, And I asked for a specific almond shape and she got upset when I asked her to make sure they all looked the same. None of my nails look the same. I asked her to please again clean the side of my nails because nail polish was dripping and she said NO we do not do that. I do NOT recommend I do not care how cheap this place is compared to other salons read more

No longer worth the more affordable prices. After years of coming here and being okay with it not being super hygienic in exchange for the low cost, I am now paying the consequences. I have a wart and fungus on my big toe and this is the only place I've gone to for years. Will not be returning and not going to salons any longer. Please sterilize tools after each client. Clients health matter. It's not fair that people are passing along different issues due them not sterilizing their tools along with people going to the salons still knowing they have these things! Sweep and mop the floors. Everything needs to be cleaned overall. read more

Honestly had higher hopes given the reviews. The guy I had was rushing on my feet a lot and then when doing the uv light for gel, he placed my BARE feet on the dirty floor (not even on a towel). I was honestly uncomfortable with that and thought it was unsanitary putting my bare feet on the dirty ass floor. Then when he JUST had barely finished, I understand being busy and hurrying onto next. However, he grabbed my shit and told me to get up now cause someone was gonna be sitting in my seat. Like dang, at least let me put my socks on and pay you real quick. Wouldn't come back for a pedicure, wasn't a relaxing vibe. read more

Love love love getting my nails here! Been getting my acrylics done here for 3 years now. I always get an appointment and ask for "Cat" when doing my Acrylic Gel Manicures. Price is so worth it for my nails and feet. Come on Mondays when it's slower and they give such high attention to detail. They do simple designs here. As long as you have a picture and you can use the colors they have available, you'll love it. Be straight forward about what you need, and they'll do any simple elegant design you want. read more

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure at this salon for the first time today. My pedicure was pretty good but there are a few spots that are missing polish. I loved my gel manicure. Both nail techs were friendly. The prices are very very affordable. I do wonder what their cleaning and disinfecting protocol is and if they clean their salon often.... This is my third time going to this salon and every time my nails are the worse, I asked for gel nails and gel padi. My nails are shipping the second day, and it looks so bad it's not done right because there is extra gel on my skin around my nails. My toes shape are misshaped also the guy did it for me had cut my toe nails and made them super short and while he was working on my toes he would stop just to look at the tv and watch, this is super unprofessional. I've been going here since I was 15 so idk some the older/newer comments are a little out of line. The service here is super friendly, since I've known everyone for over 10 years, you have to really do something or say something to them that is rude for them to give attitude back. The work here is also really really affordable & good. If you don't like the work they're doing, mention it, there's ways to say things without being rude. The place gets packed fast because obviously regulars are still coming. They know everyone by name who are regulars. If you have a problem waiting then make an appointment, it's that easy. read more

Wish I can give 0 or negative stars... congratulations, only SPECIAL places get this award every like, 4-5 years. Ive been nice, mind you. This whole time, it's my code of conduct to just be nice. I didn't say anything to them I'm just gonna post this review to warn Y'all. **Seriously just pls don't go. Save yourself the anguish. Or consider going somewhere else. They seriously don't want you, hate your guts, and it's probably best you just go somewhere else (which is what I ended up choosing to do, thank god). Let me save you the trouble and the inevitable public humiliation and/or minor injuries you'd get from visiting this place. Unless you want to get treated like sh*t, get jerked around, ignored 99% of the time only for them to humiliate you in front of the 10 or so unmasked ladies in their tiny, cramped shop (who were actually nicer to me than the nail ppl who work here, can you believe that?) that should ohhhh, idk, have a max capacity of 3 or 4 clients? Yeah. It's that kind of nail shop.. It was so shitty. I was told to come between 5-6p so i figured that was my appointment time so I came at 5:30 and found there was no spot for me. ??? Ok????? Instead of just rescheduling, telling me the approximate wait time, saying no they're booked or even just apologizing about THEIR mistake she seriously straight faced looked at me and in front of everyone shouted that THEIR incompetence with honesty or scheduling is my fault. ??? Like what the actual everliving fuck?????This narcissist of a tiny lady was psychopathic enough to blame me instead of just saying sorry the same as I did, not even ONCE, in front of a whole room of nice ass random ladies, to add insult to humiliation to kicking me out. 100% got scapegoated by a bunch of nail ladies. I was in complete shock. ...Like I get it. It's hot as hell rn and there were tons of people, too. But i wish they could've just been honest and told me they were booked so I didn't have to drive down to get treated like shit like that. I wish they could've just done ANYTHING to professionally solve what could've been a slight misunderstanding instead of treating a first time visitor like that. It was not only unprofessional but incredibly RUDE!!! How do they justify treating people this way? Are they actually that overbooked and so overcapacity that they'll just treat new clients like cat shit or do they just have a deep pulsing hatred for their (perhaps new? Or not lol) clientele? Cant tell you. But I CAN tell You these are pretty good reasons for me to just nope the fuck on out of there. Forever. Swear I'm telling you please go somewhere else for a reason! Esp if it's your first nail experience. The low price is not worth it. Found out there were WAY better nail shops within a couple mile radius w/ the same or better offers... and are 100% more pleasant and accommodating. (I ended up finding a dope one, and an even doper OG nail lady at another place). Ps: the shop was humid, unconditioned, there were a lot of sweating bodies, nail clippings as white dust everywhere and it didn't look the cleanest, tbh, bc they looked frazzled. It's quite small and the pedicure I got was very old school. My feet were in a tub while I sat in a chair, no spa chair or "spa pedicure." You get what you pay for, my pedicure was $15! If you're looking for just a quick pedicure, this is your place. read more

Yes they are cheap but their actual quality is not that great. You get what you pay for let's just say that. I use to come here frequently for a few months but I had to stop. First off: their pedicures suck, they do it old school with your feet in the tub it's not the actual spa chairs. They barely massage you it's like 45 seconds and done. They also charge if you use your credit card. Next my nails would crack and just be so brittle. Their colors are okay nothing special and they don't offer a lot of brands. In addition, the parking was whatever it's in a shopping center and just overall it's not for me. I liked some of the girls working here they were friendly. But I don't feel this place is to my standards, they don't seem sanitary and just too old school for my taste. Won't ever come back! read more

I went here today and had an amazing experience! Cathy did my nails and she was fast and didn't do any short cuts. She changed the color multiple times to make sure I was happy about the color ! She was amazing i high recommend her. Also, this isn't a high in place so if you care about aesthetic it's not for you. This place is good, fast, and in expensive! That was over 2 years ago now. My natural lashes are still growing, healthy and strong. She always gives me exactly the look I'm going for and gives me tips and tricks for keeping my lashes clean. What made the experience worse was the atmosphere. Employees were sitting around talking and making fun of their coworkers in front of customers, which felt very unprofessional. The overall vibe was judgmental, I felt like I was being looked up and down the entire time. Definitely not the welcoming or relaxing experience I expected, especially for the price. I won't be returning.

John and Tracy are husband and wife. When I tell you that they are both beyond creative and talented, it doesn't begin to describe the level that they are on. They are good enough to complete in those fancy nail art design competitions. They use the best products out there and because of that, my acrylics last a month most of the time with no lifting or breakage whatsoever. They are two of the kindest people to ever work in customer service. They treat their clients like royalty and because of that, they've developed a clientele list that will last and stand the test of time. It is beautiful and exceptionally clean and hygienic in there.
