You have to tell them specifically what you want for them to execute. But otherwise a hidden gem. The nail shop is located in a shopping center with a smoke shop and a dispensary. This attracts many transients. From time to time, there's drama going on outside but staff does a great job trying to maintain it safe. The older woman who did my nails did a great job and was very sweet. Service was efficient and I didn't leave with any polish on my skin which is a plus! Tools are clearly not sanitized and I would recommend avoiding any cuticle trimming. Overall everything was pretty dirty (the tools, the lamps, desks, pedicure chairs, supplies, basically everything) but for the price you're paying it's on par. The woman doing my nails was very nice, however, that is the only nice thing I can say. My nails look fine, but I had to go back in because one nail needed to be touched up. The manager or owner was only concerned with getting people in and out as quickly as possible, but the main reason I would not return is that as I am sitting there looking around, it is so flithy. Every piece of equipment from the gel nail lamp, to the pedicure tub and foot rest and the stations were covered in dirt and grim. Needless to say I won't be going back. The service here is super friendly, since I've known everyone for over 10 years, you have to really do something or say something to them that is rude for them to give attitude back. The work here is also really really affordable & good. If you don't like the work they're doing, mention it, there's ways to say things without being rude. First off: their pedicures suck, they do it old school with your feet in the tub it's not the actual spa chairs. They barely massage you it's like 45 seconds and done. They also charge if you use your credit card. Next my nails would crack and just be so brittle. Their colors are okay nothing special and they don't offer a lot of brands. In addition, the parking was whatever it's in a shopping center and just overall it's not for me. I liked some of the girls working here they were friendly.
